STOP buying anything from this company. They will take your money and will never deliver.
I am trying to file complaint against this company.
They took my money and after 5 weeks I haven't had any follow up.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COIMPANY
I was very disappointed when I opened my packed. Thought I was receiving a canvas but received a pixelized print.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago. I've called them 5 times to find out what was going with my order. I left 5 voicemail and plus emailed them several times but still no response. My last email I told them to cancel my order and refund my money... Again nothing. I called my bank and told them the situation and they temporarily refund my money while they investigate. They have 45 days to respond to my bank. All of a sudden last night I get a text from Original Frames with a DHL tracking number saying my order has been shipped. I called DHL to see if in fact my order was actually shipped. NOPE The tracking number doesn't exist is what they told me. Tolal SCAM! If you are in my situation please just call your bank and they will help you get your money back. I should have known it was a scam since the prices are so low. It appears on their website to be a legit American business from Texas but they are actually in Canada because I was also charged an additional international fee from my bank when I placed my order. CALL YOUR BANK ASAP!
Ordered from these retched thieves and received nothing! This company is a fraud and should be shut down immediately!
It took three months for them to send an email saying they had my order ready to go, now two months later still nothing
False Advertisement! Never order from this website! I order a 5 piece canvas that was not assembled at all. It was horrible!

They send fake shipping tracking information. It is a scam chinese company who takes your money and sends you nothing. Originalframes.com is a SCAM!
They do not exist, Please block their adds. Never received my order after 2 months. Visit the BBB for updates
