I emailed and called Almost daily for 3 months with no response whatsoever
It is impossible - they send auto generated emails in return and don't answer their phone.
No response what so ever, left tons of voice mails and emails
You will never be able to contact this so called business
You cannot ever speak to anyone. You can call a recording and no one will ever call... do not I repeat Do not purchase anything from Original frames
It's terrible I have not been able to get in contact with anyone and I've tried every day since 05/18/20.
You can't get a hold of customer service for this company.
You cannot get a hold of customer service. Via text email or phone. They do not respond.
Beyond difficult, many emails, all unanswered.
I have tried and tried... they refuse to answer my complaints, even though I have many photos of their poor artwork that is damaged.
