Maintenance averages only a few minutes of downtime, 5-10 usually. I can only remember one time in the time I have been with them that a downtime has lasted a while.

I had websites on Gigapros for about 4 months. The control panel is nice user-friendly one. This host has a lot of upsells, which probably explains their low price. I never purchased any of them. If you need an inexpensive web host for a club or hobby or something, it would be a great choice if the price mattered. Everything works well.
