They are very good about keeping their customers in the know with notifications of downtime, unexpected issues, or server migration activities. My experience has been great and I will definitely continue using their ssd hosting services.

The service is almost always up, and the sites load faster than they did with previous hosts. Gigapros has very friendly and quick customer service! Budget friendly for hosting multiple sites. Works great with php and cms database. Definitely he best we have tried so far. We have been moving all our sites over to gigapros, and encourage our clients to as well...

Pleased using Gigapros hosting services. They have fast servers, my sites are running fast. They are very good service, excellent customer service via chat and email. It's a nice web host because they offer a wide range of plans for each kind of users. It is well priced and within everyone's budget. Setting up my site was easy!

I've been with Gigapros now for over three months with no regrets. I've used support many times and 9 out of 10 times I get a reply within minutes. Tech support is friendly, helpful, and accurate. They have stable and fast servers - this allows my content to load as fast as everywhere else in the world.

I am beyond disappointed in this company. First I ordered a server and they had a deal ADVERTISED that if you pay for a quarter adding cpanel was free so I purchased it and paid for quarterly in advance. They made me jump through hoops for my credit card sending in scans and all that then they approved it and said they were setting up the server (but they lied). After waiting a whole day they send me a email saying I have to pay $115 extra to get cpanel WHICH THEY ADVERTISED FOR FREE. We went back and forth and they refused to honor what they advertised then they write and tell me they resold my server. The server that they CHARGED ME FOR and which they were supposedly SETTING UP. So they have been lying to me the whole time, misrepresenting what they are selling then reselling after charging my card and trying to downgrade me to a inferior server seems a lot like FRAUD to me.

This is horrible customer service. They should honor what they advertise and at least provide the server they sold me and CHARGED ME FOR.

My hope is somebody from Gigapros in management will care enough about me as a customer or at least about the negative publicity to contact me and offer me a fair resolution. I am not asking for more than I paid for just what I paid for and it made right.

I'm 100% satisfied client and can honestly say this host is trustworthy one. The prices are about average, but they offer a monthly payment option and not just a bundled option. Maintenance averages only a few minutes of downtime, 5-10 usually. I can only remember one time in the time I have been with them that a downtime has lasted a while.

I had websites on Gigapros for about 4 months. The control panel is nice user-friendly one. This host has a lot of upsells, which probably explains their low price. I never purchased any of them. If you need an inexpensive web host for a club or hobby or something, it would be a great choice if the price mattered. Everything works well.

You can trust these guys. I've used Gigapros for a long time and very happy. They have a very large selection of scripts to choose from. For example WordPress, just choose the WordPress script, fill out your info and click a button and it builds the database for you. I haven't been aware of any outages. Good work!

The price is also terrific, even without the amazing referral codes available. Well recommended! Loads of templates or you can have one designed for your own website. Great host, good support and great prices for anyone wanting to get their website hosted. Gigapros guys are simply amazing. Hosting plan limits recently increased.

I built my site through their web builder option. I like them. The downtime is almost non-existent and the support was outstanding.

These guys are great. It has tailored every one of their services with performance in mind. My last provider was causing me serious issues. Would like to add that Gigapros is an amazing web host provider. If you're a business like me, trust me, you'll be impressed. The features (the automatic backups are perfect). They are a lovely team of professionals, quick to serve, and extremely helpful - I recommend them.

All good except their recent years greed for money. Gigapros is in the niche of low-price hosting, and as such, there is a certain lowering of expectations that must occur. If you need hand holding or want help developing your website, then no low-end hosting site is in your best interest. I have been with them for four years now and I am a low-maintenance customer.

I can't possibly rave about them more. I've always been frustrated by hosting in the past. Not with Gigapros. Uptime and support have been excellent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Cant quibble about the price either. Recommended!

Started out with Gigapros web hosting in Belgium six months ago to upgrade from my shared to vps hosting as my web site had grown quite large. I experience very little downtime, download speed is good for the most part and I haven't run into a serious problem yet. I have enjoyed their service and would recommend it to anyone.

I've had never had a problem with any of the sites hosted at Gigapros server. Their control panel is intuitive and powerful. The service offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL, and all that good stuff. For me, it is the principal aggregate value. So far, a very happy customer. It is really quite excellent and offers excellent value for a relatively low cost.

I use Gigapros and I highly recommend their hosting solutions for the wonderful customer support. For a user that is more or less inexperienced with the process of web hosting, I found the resources of Gigapros very helpful. Additional, every representative I have spoken to is friendly, patient, helpful and very concerned with providing me with the best service they can offer!

Response time is always quick, also on weekends, - the overall time to solve a problem is nice because they don't waste time asking stupid questions. Gigapros pricing is great if you pay 6,12, or 24 months in advance. Network and server uptime is 99.999%. Thanks.

It is just a great host, i started using it and it has been great for me. Needless to say, you'll have no such worries with Gigapros web host. Whenever I have had any issues, I've received prompt responses by email. So much so, I've not yet needed to call them (on their Skype)! The admin panel is a breeze to use and their support is second to none. I look forward to many years working with them.

I am generally very happy with Gigapros web host. I worked for a firm a few years back who used them exclusively, and now I have since moved on and begun using them for my personal and client's sites as well. Tech support guys generally know their stuff as well which is a big bonus for us as most of the technical questions we throw at them have revolved around e-commerce solutions etc.
