I've had never had a problem with any of the sites hosted at Gigapros server. Their control panel is intuitive and powerful. The service offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL, and all that good stuff. For me, it is the principal aggregate value. So far, a very happy customer. It is really quite excellent and offers excellent value for a relatively low cost.

I like Gigapros hosting and can highly recommend their hosting services to other webmasters and newbies. They provide daily backups. Their network uptime is great. My site availability is almost 100%, so much extras, disk space and bandwidth are fantastic, though it doesnt affect the server status, very helpful staff.
The server's response time is very good. They have great polite staff and that is why I was pleased to communicate with.

Gigapros is great hosting if you mention about price, performance, and features.
BTW, it's the best panel I've ever seen, greatest of functionalities being the possibility of delegating sites/databases/ftps/SSH access/and-so-on to certain users, a great tool for cooperating between employees and (advanced) customers.
I've had VERY little down-time, if any at all. I won't say there was none, but to be honest with you, I actually can't remember any at all.
Don't worry about your money, they have SLA.

I have been with Gigapros VPS in the USA for 5 months now and they really impress me. I am pretty much a novice when it comes to a lot of the different things like mysql, and other areas. As it turned out, the only reason I have contacted support is due to the questions about setting things up (and not due to server issues, as I have not found any yet).

So far so good. Gigapros server performance is excellent!
The OS images used by Gigapros are all properly configured, and I can confirm that the 64 bit CentOS image will install WHM/cPanel no problem out of the box.
I have referred 3 friends to the service so far and all say activation has been approximately between 20 - 60 minutes.
The support team are professional, and will respond to absolutely any issue.
Overall, I would recommend Gigapros to experienced and new VPS users.

You can trust gigapros web host. Their technical support is amazing. Most other services will charge you extra fees for fixing problems and say "oh well". They have even helped me to debug and install minor scripts I have been installing or working on, and basically done the job of being a quick programer in several instances, a service that all other providers I've had otr seen would charge a premium for, and they don't.

It has fantastic prices on their hosting packages. Nice selection of included scripts, Cpanel, MySQL control panel, and many others that the high priced sites do not offer or support. Definitely a site to recommend!

My experiences with Gigapros have been 100 percent positive.

I am not a techie and anything beyond publishing with MS Front Page is a mystery to me. The folks at Gigapros answer my questions QUICKLY AND COMPLETELY and fix any problems quickly.
Features wise they do offer a lot of features for free and some for pay, the main thing, which I found to be very important for me is the fact that they don't restrict the number of e-mail acc/subdomains/mysql db's/etc - the only restriction in their case is space & bandwidth.
I have been very satisfied and will continue to pass the word along others.

I am beyond disappointed in this company. First I ordered a server and they had a deal ADVERTISED that if you pay for a quarter adding cpanel was free so I purchased it and paid for quarterly in advance. They made me jump through hoops for my credit card sending in scans and all that then they approved it and said they were setting up the server (but they lied). After waiting a whole day they send me a email saying I have to pay $115 extra to get cpanel WHICH THEY ADVERTISED FOR FREE. We went back and forth and they refused to honor what they advertised then they write and tell me they resold my server. The server that they CHARGED ME FOR and which they were supposedly SETTING UP. So they have been lying to me the whole time, misrepresenting what they are selling then reselling after charging my card and trying to downgrade me to a inferior server seems a lot like FRAUD to me.

This is horrible customer service. They should honor what they advertise and at least provide the server they sold me and CHARGED ME FOR.

My hope is somebody from Gigapros in management will care enough about me as a customer or at least about the negative publicity to contact me and offer me a fair resolution. I am not asking for more than I paid for just what I paid for and it made right.
