Stay away from this company. I ordered a pair of glasses. They were backordered (read the other posts -- this is their way of doing business). Then after waiting some time, I decided to cancel the order. They didn't give me a refund. I called back twice. They were dismissive and told me to wait my turn on the refund list. Get this: then after some weeks they sent the glasses and tried to claim that my credit card complaint was not valid. These guys are scam artists.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service or lack there of from this site. I have had to call repeatedly over the last 4 weeks and I get nothing but excuses on the rare occasions someone answers the phone. I have been told that I would have the glasses for the last 2 weeks and still nothing It has been a month and still no shipment. Don't try to send an email - there is no response there either... Find another site - this one is terrible.

The best place I have ever found for buying cheap prescription lenses with authentic designer frames is Optyca.com. Their selection is phenomenal. Just find a pair that looks good on you in the Macys or eyeglasses store and look for the same pair at Optyca. I guarantee you will save at least 40 percent. There is nowhere else that has the prices, selection and fast shipping. I buy all my authentic eyeglasses and sunglasses there and always will.

I placed an order for frames only. They have a very nice web site. The reviews bothered me as they were only 5 stars and 1 star with posts that said the 5 star reviews were false. I wanted the frames so ordered anyway. The delivery on the web site says 3 to 5 days. After a week I emailed and called. I received an email response a week later saying the frames had been ordered and expect a week to 10 days. Still waiting, no shipping info so far. If I receive the frames I'll re do this post. I would recommend buying from a well known reputable site.

I ordered on 4/21 and my credit card was charged on 4/23 as of today 4/30 (7th business day after order) sunglasses still has not shipped. After my 2nd email attempt I got a response that my order is 'in process' not sure what that means! I understand that if I was ordering prescription glasses then my card would be charged before the item has shipped since they need to fit the lenses to the glass but my order is for sunglasses so not sure why I am charged way before the item ships! Will keep my fingers crossed that this ships in the next few days, if it does I promise to update this review.

I tried to order these sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut but realized that they do not carry the polarized 52MM wayfarers. I was going to just order them off of Ray-Ban for $200 until my boyfriend told me I should look on Google first. I was a little hesitant at first; afraid that they would not be legit polarized Ray-Bans. However I couldn't have been more wrong! They were exactly how they were described and almost $80 less than the sunglass hut! The only downside is it took 2 weeks to receive the glasses.

I ordered Cazal Legends 904 097 Gold White CZ 904 097 for my wife 8 days ago, and till now i keep calling the number for info and phone hangs up!... No tracking number, Nothing!
I am not a competitor trying to tarnish anyones image, I am a legit customer that paid $324.95 for these for my spouse and she keeps bugging me for them which makes me feel bad. Its passed 3-5 business days and NO info whatsoever.
Can anyone please kindly contact me from this company and send me my tracking number or refund asap please.

ORDER NUMBER *******

I ordered Tom Ford eyeglasses with Transitions lenses and Persol Sunglasses in March 2013. I recieved the Tom Ford's without the Transitions lenses a month and a half later. Returned them for the correct order. Its now July 2013, and I still havn't recieved my Persol sunglasses or my Tom Ford eyeglasses.

I call them at least twice a week and MAYBE I get an answer everyother week. Email is slightly better but their customer service is not the best.

Heather, the main customer service person is a real doll though. She is kind and seems like she does everything in her power to help.

They did however, offered me a $10 off my next order coupon... yeah. That'll happen...
