Sunglasses were received before estimated delivery date. Sunglasses were lovely but were too large for my face. Seller responded within hours to my email inquiry. I ended up returning. Seller issued refund promptly. Would buy from this seller again.

Listen to these people now, turn back. The five star comments are so obviously fake. Look at how clinical that sounds, and the way it promotes it. Read our comments of people who have actually bought stuff here, and have been ripped off. They charge you the moment you order, unlike their policy to never charge before things are shipped, and it's been 4 weeks. They answered the call once, then they are not picking up my calls ever again. Their emails are copy and paste. I can tell them it's been a month, and they will give you the same "7-10 business days" rant. TURN BACK.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM... I AM SO UPSET. You can never get a call back from these people and I have waited over 9 weeks for my prescription eyeglasses they charged me right away and then I called and left emails left and right I finally got an email back saying how sorry they where and they are sending them today b/c they just got them back and accidently put the wrong address on them. REALLY! I looked for a confirmation for when they shipped them before and none. Now I get one and I logged on to UPS, no such shipment. All the reviews that are good are so apart of this scam, this place is really bad. I am contacting the FTC, BBB and, my credit card company.

PLEASE do not fall victim to this website like I did! It has been over a month since I ordered my glasses. I can't get anyone on the phone, and they don't return my messages. I have emailed SEVERAL times, and they just keep saying they are in process. This is a TOTAL scam. I emailed yesterday demanding a refund, and they said my lenses have been ordered and should be ready to ship "in a few days". What a crock! So they don't even make the lenses? No way! What have they been doing for an entire month? I spoke with my credit card company and told them to cancel the transaction. Yeah - they charged my card a month ago, although I have received nothing but emails where they are trying to buy time. This is a PRESCRIPTION. I. e. MEDICALLY NECESSARY. You can't mess with someones eye health like this. I NEED MY GLASSES! Also, take a look at the only good reviews you see here. Don't they sound FAKE? The only place I could find a good review of this company is on some sight called ekomi, which is NOT in the United States and is a PAID marketing company. I would give less than one star if possible. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered an eyeglasses on 14 th of may and haven't received any thing on 3rd of June, called the post office and they said they haven't received the item from the shipper, but the optyca, sent me an email and said they shipped my item and gave me a track number. They are thieves...

I ordered a high end French eyeglass frame. The price was half of what it was in a local optical shop. Frames took a little over 2 weeks to arrive, but that's only about a week longer than the optical shop promised. I emailed customer service twice and they were very responsive. Would definitely buy from this company again. I only ordered the frame, not Rx lenses, and was happy to wait an extra week to save over $300!

Ordered 2/24/13 credit card charged $251.00. Sent the wrong frames 4/1/13
Returned for exchange and have not as of today received my purchase.
Forget trying to contact these people/customer service. They are scam artists
I'll be contacting the attorney general of new york and my attorney. Suggest all that
Have been taken by these people to do the same.
Need to put Optyca out of bussiness

Optyca sent me the incorrect prescription, which I had reviewed by my Opthamalogist. I sent it back in accordance with their policy... over the next 3 months, they would not return calls (or emails) and whenever I did actually find someone to answer the phone I was given incorrect information. After 3 months, I'm still no closer to getting my glasses or a refund! Absolutely avoid this site!

I ordered on 4/21 and my credit card was charged on 4/23 as of today 4/30 (7th business day after order) sunglasses still has not shipped. After my 2nd email attempt I got a response that my order is 'in process' not sure what that means! I understand that if I was ordering prescription glasses then my card would be charged before the item has shipped since they need to fit the lenses to the glass but my order is for sunglasses so not sure why I am charged way before the item ships! Will keep my fingers crossed that this ships in the next few days, if it does I promise to update this review.

I ordered Cazal Legends 904 097 Gold White CZ 904 097 for my wife 8 days ago, and till now i keep calling the number for info and phone hangs up!... No tracking number, Nothing!
I am not a competitor trying to tarnish anyones image, I am a legit customer that paid $324.95 for these for my spouse and she keeps bugging me for them which makes me feel bad. Its passed 3-5 business days and NO info whatsoever.
Can anyone please kindly contact me from this company and send me my tracking number or refund asap please.

Few things are worrying me with my order. First off is that my credit card has been charged. You would assume that this would only happen once the glasses were shipped? Second, the number I call keeps hanging up on me? Third, my emails are not being returned?

How many weeks before i should try to get my money back? Is this really a scam?

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service or lack there of from this site. I have had to call repeatedly over the last 4 weeks and I get nothing but excuses on the rare occasions someone answers the phone. I have been told that I would have the glasses for the last 2 weeks and still nothing It has been a month and still no shipment. Don't try to send an email - there is no response there either... Find another site - this one is terrible.

I'm pretty sure the reviews before me are FAKE. I've been waiting over three weeks for my prescription glasses and have not received any indication or update from customer service. I realize that it says prescriptions may take up to three weeks but if you're not responding to my MULTIPLE emails or answering your damn phones what kind of business are you?! Of the 6 or 7 emails I've sent I've received one response that didn't even answer my question fully. All they said was it was "still processes". Can you elaborate? How much longer? Also, I just realized they responded to a question I had about fitting that I sent to them OVER A MONTH AGO. It's extremely frustrating and I don't even think I can get a hold of some one to even cancel my order! I will be reporting them to paypal to get my money back, that's for sure. BEWARE AND KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

The best place I have ever found for buying cheap prescription lenses with authentic designer frames is Optyca.com. Their selection is phenomenal. Just find a pair that looks good on you in the Macys or eyeglasses store and look for the same pair at Optyca. I guarantee you will save at least 40 percent. There is nowhere else that has the prices, selection and fast shipping. I buy all my authentic eyeglasses and sunglasses there and always will.

I am a designer sunglasses junkie. I have over 20 pairs of authentic sunglasses by Versace, Prada, Cazal and Hugo Boss. I bought them all from Optyca.com. If I was to buy them at the SunglassHut they would have cost me twice as much. I love the selection and prices at Optyca.com
