Purchased the Chloé Atelier Des Fleurs perfume and the shipping took a few weeks, but the product arrived well packaged & intact. Very happy with my purchase.
Made a purchase and two weeks later, went to check the order status since it was taking so long to arrive. It said it had been canceled even though I'd never canceled the order... and I was already charged for it. I reached out to *******@opensky.com, followed up a week later, and zero response. Never got my money back, either.

I bought 3 bracelets described as leather straps with Swarovsky elements. I wondered what "elements" meant. I now know - dull crystals. I bought the same or similar looking bracelet in a Swarovsky store and the crystals sparkle all over the place. I won't return because my daughters like them or are being too polite since I gave them as gifts. Disappointed and won't purchase anything else due to poor quality of these bracelets.

I was excited to get the Italian infinity cross necklace. I think it's very pretty, but it's so fragile it broke within the first two days of having it. I'm so disappointed. I will have to have it repaired. Don't waste your money.

Received the picture keeper and am pleased with it. But the games I ordered still says it is in transit from Brooklyn NY since March 28th. Never received the product but money was deducted from my credit card. Over $60.00 for that order. If I do not receive the order soon I will never buy anything again from OpenSky. And I will spread the word to other AT&T employees to not trust this site.

I ordered one pair of silver hoop earrings... the diameter was about 3/4". Instead I received 2 pair of 1 inch hoops, one gold one silver. Was i charged? I won't wear these. I'd like what I ordered.

OpenSky is a great website to purchase discounted products. However when I rec'd my very first shipment I was bummed. I rec'd the black head remover but was disappointed that it had already been opened and there were no instructions in English. Being this is a beauty product which don't qualify for a return, it was a total waste of money. In closing, I would recommend OpenSky, however I would not recommend the company that provides the black head remover.

I ordered a very nice plush 3 in 1 hooded scarf by Angela Sale. It arrived a little slow, had a slight chemical smell in a plastic bag. But it washed nice on warm and cold dry. The polyester?/acrylic? Fluffed up nice, soft and pretty snow white color. Great product, but the product had a BIG TRIP AROUND THE USA. I looked at the ship tracking when I received it. It had a label under a label. The top label was USPS- so I tracked it. It started one hour drive from me in Inglewood, CA - then it went to THREE more states- TX, IL and NY- then back to California. Shipping was about $11. I emailed them how ridiculous this was and all I got was a "dear John I don't care" response:

I placed an order 1/7/16 ******* and have not received either item yet. I placed 2 subsequent orders and received both much more timely. The tracking page for the ipad case shows it was picked up 1/8, but page was never updated until today and it just now shows it arrived at Brooklyn USPS when it originated in Brooklyn. No ETA for arrival. The wallet was picked up on 1/8 as well, but that tracking page was never updated beyond that and now the link no longer works.

I bought 4 skirts for my bridesmaids. They arrived not looking like the pictures, longer in length a weird pattern of fabric. One didn't even show up and can only use the online contact, still haven't heard a response back on that. So i went to return and it says i now have to pay shipping both ways for an ill described item. I will not be using again and will not recommend to anyone. The part on the order part just says return accepted within 14 days. You have to go to FAQ's to find out about the shipping costs.

Very poor battery life even when on power save and being used only as a time piece the battery does not last 24 hours and dies overnight.

I am very upset that I have not yet received my prepaid order from Dec 7,2015, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have sent several messages to Customer Service and have only received e-mails back saying they would respond in 2-3 days, and then received no further response whatsoever. My first 2 orders in October and November were handled very efficiently, but this is completely ruining my opinion of Open Sky. I am about to say I will never shop with them again, and I am about to complain to the Better Business Bureau about there horrible customer service.

I ordered a cigarette case and got a cigarette case and a mans wallet. Was charged for both and my husband decided to use the wallet. Lost my cigarette case and ordered another one and was charged for and received two. Like the cigarette case but have to wonder if I'm not being taken advantage of. Have contacted them to see if I can return and I guess I can't... which I don't understand... so I asked if I could exchange for a different color and am awaiting their response. I ordered on the 3rd. When I look at tracking, it says it was processed on the 8th (in California) and in the hands of USPS on the 9th (in California). Nothing since then.

I purchased a product through Open Sky from a company called 3D-Luxe. Product did not work and was cheaply made. I called 3D-Luxe Customer Service and they had a recording. I tried to email them, but it bounced back. I contacted OpenSky and they were very helpful and issued me a return shipping label to return the defective product. I'm hoping that I will receive my refund shortly (and without any problems).

I loved the Grammy ladies fitted TShirt. Ordered a size bigger and it was way small! I had to pay shipping and handling to me and then return shipping to send back. I would probably need to order 2-3 sizes bigger. The cost to re-order with shipping again was not worth it to me

I brought those bogo Bluetooth ear buds for $40 and expected them to be decent headphones since the original price was $114 but it was total opposite when they came in the mail they were in cheap looking packages and after a day they stopped working I'm really thinking twice about ordering things from this website now only reason I'm giving it two stars is because it came in 2 days

I was told my order was delivered, but USPS tracking shows it was delivered to some mailbox in Georgia, when the shipping address on the order is clearly my California address. No way to reach customer support by chat or phone. Will wait to see how they resolve this...

I ordered a full size headboard and FedEx states they delivered but my video cam states no delivery. I emailed OpenSky about 6 times now they never bother to respond in any way. I am so disappointed in their lack of seeing their proxy delivered so even a response.

I have loved this site, but when I went to cancel an item right after I ordered it I ran into a problem. The page would not load and the emails were not responded to. Once again, I emailed them when the cancel page did not change when I submitted it. Therefore it was well within the 4 hours to cancel an item.
