I ordered shirts for a special occasion. They never came. They don't answer my phone calls or emails. Absolutely do not deal with this company.
When I ordered my sweatshirt, I originally had a design on the front, I was given no message saying that this would be a problem until way after my money had been taken out of my bank account. They placed my order on hold, and it literally took a month to resolve this. The customer service number does not work at all when you call it. I was called back once by the customer service number which honestly I found extremely sketchy because It rang for a few seconds then stopped before I could even answer. When i tried to call back like always, i got a dial tone. I was literally emailing the customer service email back and forth losing my mind before the problem was finally resolved. A month and several weeks later i finally received my order in the mail. The quality of the sweatshirt was fine. Although the design is not what I had originally wanted. In order to resolve the issue instead of the design being on the front of the sweatshirt, the company had me move the design on the back of the sweatshirt. Even though the quality of the sweatshirt was fine, I WOULD NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. Especially since they have a no refund policy and the process of getting my item was like pulling teeth.
My first experience with this company was not great. Several shirts were 3/4-1" off center and one shirt had a misprint. After a week-long claim process, I was offered a merchandise credit for the items with which I was unhappy.
The second time around, I placed even larger order. During the production process, there were absolutely no updates to my order status, no way to contact ooShirts via phone and responses to social media took days (rather than hours, as they should). The shirts arrived today (a day late) and frankly I'm just very unhappy. The quality of the garments themselves is good, but overall the shirts just don't look great. The placement and size do not coincide with what I approved back in mid-November when I got my proofs. As I understood it from reading FAQ and my previous order, the image would be the same size across all garments, but that is certainly not the case. On the men's tee shirts I ordered, the print is comically large and on the women's shirts, they are considerably smaller and placed about 2 inches from the BOTTOM seam. It's such an awkward placement. The print is nearly unreadable on the green shirts and the color of the "charcoal" shirt is actually more brown than gray. On several of the shirts, there is a white line around the border where the white background does not match up with the color overprint.
Overall, my experience has just been terrible. I am not interested in going through the claims process or getting another store credit, because I can safely say I will never use this company again. If anyone ever asks, I'll tell them to be sure to avoid ooShirts like the plague.
Let me start off by saying that the quality of the shirts is great when they are printed.
With that said, the dependability of this company is almost non-existent. I have used them three times now. My first attempt was a little over two years ago. It resulted in an email informing me my shirts were delayed due to "extreme backups" and they were delivered 14 days after the guaranteed date. I told them multiple times I wanted to cancel my order and not to charge me. I received no response from my multiple emails and the shirts still arrived and I was still charged for the shirts. This was my first terrible experience.
They offered me a future discount to give them another try. I did. The second order placed a year later arrived on time and the quality was great.
I put in a third order this month. Assuming the kinks were worked out and they no longer would have these issues I saw the guaranteed date of delivery and had an event coming up. I used them due to their good quality.
Yesterday I noticed I still had not received my delivery (guaranteed for the 12th). Nobody reached out to me to tell me there was a delay. My email was answered with similar verbiage about an extreme delay on the production line and that they would not be guaranteed the 22nd - 4 days after the conclusion of my event. I am being offered a full refund of the rush delivery charges. No concern for the setback to people's credibility or how their guarantees mean very little.
Don't trust this company with anything time sensitive. If you need shirts made for an event months in the future I am sure they can come through (and the quality will be nice), but never waste your time or money for something happening the same month, they'll let you down and show very little empathy.
They called me consistently saying there was a problem with my orders file so I called them back like 15 times to no prevail only to wind up emailing them and them saying "sorry phones are down due to corona." After which I told them to just fix the file as fixing files on a piece of art isn't hard. They said they did and changed my order date to July 28th. I ordered these shirts June 16th, which is was way overdue but whatever at least I was going to get my shirts. Nope. July 28th comes and no shirts I check my email to see that they weren't sure on my address and I needed to confirm it. Fine whatever I confirmed it but at least the shirts were done right? Nope. They hadn't even started the printing process. Changing my date again to September 24th. 4 MONTHS AFTER I HAD ORDERED THEM. Whatever at least I'll finally get my shirts. Nope September 26th comes and I hey haven't even sent me a "it's been sent" confirmation email. I email them again and my orders been canceled and they send me my money back. Why you ask? Because there has been a "problem" four months of my time that I could've spent with another company wasted. Never buy from here. Ever.
I ordered from this company in April of 2021 an they still haven't arrived. It is now June 2nd and they are meant to arrive today. THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
This company support/customer service is absolutely non-existent! I should have checked here first.

Wow! So they send this email to me on the day I'm supposed to receive my order! I put the order in back on Cyber Monday! NOW I HAVE NO GIFT.
I waited over a month, never got a confirmation email, sent the wrong sizes, and not enough... DO NOT ORDER
Upon using this company to begin with, I had to call about placing an order for custom shirt design because their site only offered a preview of one shirt, whereas I wanted to preview all shirts I had designed for print. When I called I was told, "Our design department reviews all orders before printing. You can't see the preview of the other shirt but as long as the logo is the same (men and women), placement of the design will automatically be corrected. We deal with orders like this all the time, we know what we're doing." I said okay.
I then placed the order and shortly after received an email stating that I needed to correct the dimensions of the design. Because those dimensions are not visible online, I had to call again. I explained this to the woman and told her that the first time I called, I was told this would be corrected for me. She said, "Let me put you on hold and have our design department look at it." A few minutes later she came back and said that they had adjusted the placement of the logo and that I needed to confirm the design layout via email. I thanked her and then checked my email.
Upon reviewing my email, the design looked fine and I clicked the link to approve the order to go through to the printing process.
A couple days after I received confirmation that the order was being shipped, I was balancing my checking account and noticed I was charged for two orders.
So, again, I called. I explained the situation to customer support and she told me, "There is no one here who can place an order for you, so you must have placed two orders." I said, again, that I had only confirmed one order and she replied with, "Well. Who placed the other order, with our credit card then, not us?" I hung up on her and called back hoping to get someone else.
I explained that I had just called and whoever I spoke to was extremely rude and then I explained the situation again. She said the only one who answers the phone here is "me" after I got done explaining the part about having to call and having the "design department" fix the placement of the logo for me. She then said, "We don't have a design department and you placed the order. I am the only one who answers the phone on the weekends and I never told you we have a design department." I explained that never said she is the one who told me that and that I had called during to week, not the weekend, about the order to speak to someone. I explained that whoever I spoke to at that time had told me that the "design department" would fix the order and that is the only order that I confirmed placing. She said, "No one would have told you that and there is nothing we are going to do for you. You placed two orders." Again, I hung up the phone.
This last conversation took place on 12/15/2013. I also placed calls on 12/10/2013, 12/08/2013, and 12/04/2013
Answer: Good luck. It took me a week to get a hold of them.
