My t-shirts didn't show up. It took multiple calls to support before they finally delivered four weeks late. The quality was abysmal, and they refused to give me a refund or discount. Instead, they had the gall to offer me a coupon on a future order!

Never again! I should have listened to all the negative reviews.

I ordered shirts for a nonprofit and paid an extra 7
$70 to get them by August 12th. On August 11th i sent an email to check status and no response. Called the morning of the 13th and was advised that they would not arrive until the 17th. I was not informed they would be late and keep in mind i paid extra $70 to get them by the 12th since my event was the 14th.

Worst Service

This has to be the worst online shirt company I have ever dealt with. Their phone number doesn't work, they don't send an invoice and they use The US postal service for delivery. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered shirts from this company on May 17, using a photo of a friend for his bachelor party and made payment. On May 20, they tell me I have to pay an extra $86 for it to be printed via DTG Print so I paid the extra amount. They sent me various emails from May 20 to June 3 stating the shirts were in production and would only take 11 days before shipping. On June 3 I** call this company requesting an update on my order. They then proceed to tell me FOURTEEN DAYS LATER that they cannot produce the shirts using the photo. The event is next week.

SCAM!

Worst experience ever! We were supposed to receive our order almost a month ago and still have yet to get our shirts. Only when we emailed them did we find out that pushed our delivery back. This happened 3 times! They don't have a phone number that actually works either! Its a scam! We called American Express to see about getting out money back and found out that they charged us 3 times! Funny how they kept pushing our order back and charged us each time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

OOShirts Rip Off Company
December 21, 2021

This Company should be shut down for cheap bad workmanship products that are over priced. Ordered a personalized throw and the lettering was wrong. They sent and charged me for two throws when I only ordered one. Sent the throws back the very next day. Got no response when calling the help line and no response when emailing. $98.98 down the drain.

Had a horrible experience with this company. Stay clear.

1) It is impossible to speak with a manager or supervisor. Their response to you will always be, "they cannot transfer you to anyone at this time."

2) They do not send out shipping confirmation or tracking. I had a package stolen partly due to the fact I had no idea I needed to be home or make arrangements on that day.

3) When I tried to resolve this issue, after not being able to talk to anyone besides the first receptionist that answered, someone wrote me saying "we're not liable for anything that says it was delivered." That was that.

Stay away if you don't want issues. Pay the extra little bit for professionals to do your shirt. That way, if there is an issue, it will easily be resolved.

- Frustrated.

Adjustment Impossible
July 22, 2022

I had designed and ordered shirts for an upcoming river cruise. When I sent the order I immediately noticed I had made a mistake and ordered 2 size small and 5 size large. I needed 1 small and 6 large.

I called the help line within fifteen minutes and was connected with a young lady who's first language did not seem to be English. To make a long story short she indicated the order could not be changed after submitted. I questioned her, regarding adjusting sizes not design on design approval. We could not communicate.
I then sent an email explaining my dilemma to the "help" desk. I received an email indicating nothing could be changed at this time.
However when the proof was sent for approval I could maybe make a change.
I received the email for the proof ( which indicated it was auto approved) and within a half hour emailed my issue regarding adjusting sizes. In response they indicated they had my request and initiated a new email.
Today ( about a week after submitting) I received the shirts one incorrect size so our party of 11 will have 10 people in shirts of the correct size and one will look like a sausage, because they needed a large and received a small.
Disappointed… since I made the issue known immediately and followed up with emails…

So pleased!

I was hesitant to order from this company based on the reviews I read. However, not one of the negative experiences shared by others was what I experienced at all. I received immediate responses to email questions and I received the shirts exactly 7 days after placing my order! The shirts and the artwork was exactly as designed and arrived folded nicely. I ordered 25 shirts for a family reunion in various including youth, ladies and mens. The description on the ladies Bella tank described the shirt as a tighter fit, but the material has a nice stretch to it. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely order again! They beat the prices of local printers in my area by hundreds of dollars! The only negative comments I might agree with are the telephone number, but I only tried to place a call after hours. But again, the company was very responsive to email. A+ company!

Just stay away! Was foolish not to check online reviews of this place. Some of the worst of any. Even on the website where employees rate their business this place comes up horrible. No one wants to work there and they all complain about how bad the place is in every respect.

My experience was horrendous. Terrible customer service. Bad quality t-shirts. Made with horrible color not even close to my logo. Complained, spent weeks trying to even get a response. Finally did. They wouldn't give me my money back. Only a credit. So my small business had to order more shirts which they did a better job on but still were not right.

They may seem like less than other places, but they take forever, quality sucks and customer service is even worse.

Just go elsewhere. You are welcome!

I wouldn't give them any stars. This is a sc am company. They lied when they said there was a fraud hold... my bank said that they debited my account no problem... there isn't a phone number that works for the company... they have been down for a week now. They turn their online chat on and off depending on whether they want to answer questions. When they finally returned my call (days later) they called right before they closed. And they called from another phone number, which is not even the companies name it's something completely different, and the order number I was given doesn't work. There are so many red flags, especially now from the Better Business Bureau. Now they are ignoring all emails regarding cancelling my order. Don't get your money stolen by this scam company. Go somewhere else!

$500 for 50th birthday party shirts. They took the money right away. Then put my order on hold, and now shirts have not arrived and no one answers the phone or emails. I don't know what to do or if there is any recourse. Anyone have any ideas? I'm very sad

Ordered 5 tee shirts with logo and names. I was sent shirts with no names. Complained and was told they would take care of it even though I never spoke to anyone real. Sent a second order still not right. So I never got what I ordered, wanted me to send shirts back for refund instead of fixing their mistake. Terrible customer service and communication.

Unfortunately, ooshirts dropped the ball on our fundraiser t-shirts, literally 3 days before the event. Customer service follow through was unfortunately false guarantees of being able to deliver our t-shirts in a timely fashion... the day I was guaranteed delivery, the email response I received indicated that my order was "extremely delayed". The telephone number for the company seems to be disconnected as well. I am especially disappointed as this was our 3rd time placing an order and had no prior issues. We have resorted to contesting the ooshirts charges. Buyer beware!

Scammers!

Do not order from this company. I ordered back in 5/23 and have not had any information regarding my purchase. Although, they said my shirts would be delivered 6/15 it is now 6/25 and it's still in the "printing press" step according to my order status. I have tried contacting the number they have here *******667. They do not answer my calls instead they go straight to voicemail, they say "call back normal business hours" when in fact it is normal business hours. I have emailed them as well, no reply. Huge scammers, don't waste your time or money with this unprofessional company.

I am totally disappointment at the service and all around busy mannerism of this company. Horrible customer service whether it's by telephone or chat they are never there, always closed I am going to try very hard to get a return on the money I have paid for the merchandise that was never deliver to me. I will not recommending anyone to this company at all. It plays out more like a setup of a scam company falsifying information in order to steal from the public. The company rename OO$#*! cause that what we get from them.

I finally got my shirts today. There is misspelling and I cannot get anyone on the phone. Chat is no help email is unanswered the chat excuse is that the office is closed because of covid. I call BS because they can call me from where ever they are or forward the lines. I know, I used to work phone systems. I have copies of the design proof that shows it has the correct spelling. Because I cannot get anyone on the phone. I never got any shipping or tracking information either. Very unprofessional. I had my doubts after reading the reviews after I had ordered, well they have proved the reviews correct. The only reason they got one star is because you can't give a negative rating. Trying to get a business started and there is a time and money crunch now.

We placed an order for 12 shirts for a party. Oo delayed the shipment twice stating they were waiting for verification. We verified and they agreed the second delay was their fault but said would have no impact on delivery date (3 days before event). They stilL shipped late and we had to go to the event without the shirts. Still waiting for contact from the supervisor to explain and work to resolve.

Scam artists
April 12, 2017

Like all these other reviews i had a a horrible experience. However they somehow were able to talk to some one. I made a purchase of a sweatpants that were never delivered, i called during what they say are their hours of operation probably 6 or 7 times with no answer, i emailed and filed a claim but to no avail. Still have not received my pants, they are three weeks late as of now.
