I order several shirts from them. They were almost a Week late on the delivery. Half the shirts have stains on them. Some were in packages, some weren't. They used the small shirt pattern for every shirt so the logo on the small shirt fills the shirt. The Logo on the XL shirt is Tiny. The logo over the pocket is almost in the center of the shirt the larger the shirt gets. They won't even contact you back. Worst looking product I have ever bought. Waste of Time and money.

These people are Chinese scam artists and will screw you in the earhole!

The shirts arrived and were the wrong artwork and the wrong size. The phone number listed online is not working and they will not provide you a phone number via the live chat. DO NOT USE!

Had used several times before and will NEVER use this company again.

I would never deal with this company again. Stay clear. They did not deliver my shirts on the guaranteed date they promised, even though I paid 25% extra for the earlier guarantee. I only knew that they had dropped the ball because I had called to check in on the production. They dropped the ball a second time since I was trying to get the shirts sent to me two days later than the guarantee date for my event. They said they were going to print them and overnight the shipment. Well, they printed them and used 2-3day usps mail instead of overnighting them so I wouldn't get them in time. So... no shirts for my event and customer service could care less.

NEVER EVER AGAIN

Placed several orders with them, ordered a total of 250 t-shirts, also ordered 50 sweatshirts. They only completed 100 t-shirts and the quality was sub-par. Had to find another company to finish the order. Took them more than a month to finish the shirts they did do and it was more than three weeks past the timeline they said they would have them to me by. Could not reach them by phone, email, instant message, or private message. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and only then did I get their attention as they finished one other order, totaling 100 t-shirts. They at first were more than willing to take my order and my money, but when they could not finish the order they could not be reached. Placed my order on April 24th and with the help of my credit card company, things finally resolved on June 19th as they owed me more than $1050. 00

STAY AWAY! The customer service number is a ghost number. I paid for expidited shipping for the shirt to get here on time. The sent me a design acknoledgement the day befroe it was supposed to be delivered, even though the website garunteed a delivery date. No return emails or messages from their FB page. They treat their customer just as bad as they treat their employee's (Glass Door). I read they have been sued once, changed the company name and up to the same B/S... STAY AWAY

Terrible Service. DO NOT order from them. I had liked their printing and pricing in 2012. But since then they have always disappointed. I tried again this year and it was the same problem:
1. Order NEVER arrives in time. They are late by TWO months or more.
2. Customer service is horrible, They have a set template with which they respond every time you send them a query. The response is the same for every email. So you can never have a conversation.
3. Untrustworthy. The only thing consistent about this company is their lack of consistency!

NEVER AGAIN

Terrible customer service, I recently moved and the shirts took longer than expected I attempted to contact them to change my shipping address. THREE WEEKS later they respond with a tracking number... completely ignoring my request! I am now in SC and the $100 worth of shirts I ordered are in NY! NEVER AGAIN

Never Again!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ordered 3 BULK orders on April 16th and paid for expedited processing and shipping to have them delivered by April 22nd... No shirts. When I reached out via phone the line goes dead? When I reached out via online chat I was told there was a problem with printing them and they had to... wait for it... ORDER new shirts... Awesome. So now I have to wait for them to order more supplies AND redo their batched order. Just got an email stating they will not be delivered till MAY 7th. Alost a MONTH. Never again! I need to mail there orders out to MY customers and now I'm in a horrible spot. Zero communication from them until I reached out in distress only

I honestly don't understand how this is a company, I had an absolutely terrible experience with them - over a week late despite paying for expedited production and SENT TO THE WRONG STATE ENTIRELY. After reading other reviews this is clearly just the most incompetent, $#*!tiest company and I truly would be happy to see it just go out of business entirely.

I ordered 50 T-shirts for our family reunion. The electronic notifications, tracking and customer service was Tier 1. Excellent. However call volumes were high but you are provided an estimate wait time and alternative options for contacting a CSR. I was able to communicate very well via phone and email.

When I received my initial order, I noticed a production flaw and immediately contacted ooShirts. A representative contacted me the very next day and worked diligently to correct my order. I was 100% pleased with the 2nd order that was processed with no additional charge. The production and delivery turn around was quick. My contact was Jasmine who was the ultimate professional.

I admit that I read all of the negative reviews before ordering but based on the cost and the time that I allowed between ordering and the event, I calculated this would be worth the try. I was shocked that I received this quality of customer care because the reviews were so bad. However, my experience was very positive one, although not perfect but the ultimate result was perfect!
My t-shirt order included colored shirts with a wide range of sizes and I literally paid 50% less than I would have paid with a similar competitor for the same products. I did my homework.

I'm very pleased with my decision to use ooShirts for our family reunion picnic event and plan to use them again.

I ordered a custom facemask back at the end of April and was supposed to receive it in about 6 weeks. Here it is July and still no item. I tried calling and emailing and no response. I have filed a dispute with my bank to receive my money back. Normally I would just forget it since it is a 20.00 item but for a company to take advantage of people during this pandemic really makes me mad. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I placed an order with them for a youth day we were having at our church. I put in the order and they gave me a guaranteed ship date of the Thursday before the event, and the price was decent, so I went with them. I checked on the status of the order the day before the delivery was due, and the mentioned that their were "extreme delays". I was not notified of these "extreme delays" and now I have 3 days before the event. Then they said that there was guarantee ship date, so it should still arrive on time, being confused about this information. I checked with them the day the shirts were due, and they mentioned the delays again. I requested a full refund, but now I have to figure out how I'm going to get 15 shirts made by Sunday without breaking the bank. Save your money and time and go with somewhere like onehourtees. They are easy to use and have never given me any issues with having my order on time and ready to go. We purchase a lot of t-shirts and it would have been nice to save a few bucks, but this place has shown that they aren't capable of filling orders or at least letting you know what is going on with your order.

AWFUL - they list a phone number - asked me to call them on their number and each time they don't answer the call - send me emails to say they are out due to COVID - may be true - won't pick up the phone to call me - emails bounce - we'll see if I actually get my order
