I will not be using this company for my merchandise EVER again! They have the absolute worse communication department by far. I had to continuously contact them in order to get information about my merchandise. My delivery date was pushed back not once, not twice but four times! Still waiting to receive all of my merchandise. Which is making me and my business look bad. Again if I never contacted them I would have been left out to dry not knowing anything. Instead of letting customers know what's going on they have left a lot of us wondering instead of simply communicating the issues they are having. Just bad business.

Worst experience and customer service
July 10, 2021

Unfortunately the company went down hill from couple years ago when I ordered from them. The website order was simple and they took the money right away and then the problems started. The phone number is always on out of office. No email replies, had to track them through FB messenger and even that was hit or Miss. I had to file a claim with my credit card company because ooshirts was not responding. They finally cancelled my order but never again I will order from them.
Be aware and do not order from them

Paid for rush and now I'm screwed!

Paid for rush for a $1000 order. Here I am on guaranteed delivery day being told order is still in production. What the hell am I supposed to tell the members of my club at our convention which starts in two days? This company is not trustworthy. STAY AWAY!

I have ordered from OOSHIRTS many times in the past and their quality of work, responsiveness, customer service etc. has always been tops. Not to mention their pricing. But trying to work with them this last week has proven to be mighty disappointing. I cannot get a customer service person to tell me anything other than "they have approved my graphic." I get an email from an artist and when I reply it comes back with a single response from ONE person and he has nothing to do with the design. Claims to be customer service but cannot answer a single question. They told me outright that they have no customer service phones anymore. OK. That's a dead giveaway that they are not a place to send any money to Looking to go to another vendor for all future purchases and so thankful that after reading lots of reviews online, I did not give them a credit card or place an order! Looks like they have become real scam artists. Take your business elsewhere!

Let's just say I paid $50 for """"rush shipping""""" and I still don't have my shirts. It is 19 days later and they won't refund me but told me to make a claim. Do not order from them. Lack of communication, didn't send the tracking number, AND forgot to make the design.

This company is a JOKE
October 26, 2021

Been customer since 2012. In 2016 we start getting delays and website not working properly. Try to order again in 2020, no response. Charged my cc and did not answer emails or phone. Called in this year to ask what to do if cc charging not working. They said try again another day. Been trying for a week. Maybe people got addicted to drugs in that company or something no clue. This company is a joke!
Goodbye lazy company. Will never be back

As many others have stated, this company will just take your money. I wish I would of searched reviews before giving them my money. Placed an order for 25 shirts for a total of $160. Got an email the next day stating that the order was on hold because of my design and needed another $114 to complete. I asked for a refund, no replay after several emails, and of course they do not answer the phone. I just sent an email, and it was returned because their email was full. I used my Business Checking, so not sure if I can dispute the charge.

They don't even deserve one star. This might be the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I had not ordered from them in the past and had some sort of success, I would believe this is a fake company. Their phone system always says you reach them after business hours, they charge your card before even sending a product and continually put off delivering your product and they have the worst customer service of all time. They offer you a coupon instead of refunding you for their errors. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered on April 23 and it is two months later and still don't have my product. The reviews on their site are misleading, do not trust them.

I ordered 8 shirts from ooShirts. I received only 5 shirts! The color was wrong on the front design, and the back logo was printed 7.5 in below the tagline, not the normal 4in. I tried to get them to reprint them, but their customer service took so long(more than 2 weeks) to give me an answer, because they kept asking for more pictures! Anyway, now I'm scrambling to get these printed in 2 days from another company.

Scam

Ooshirts is a scam. They don't deserve any stars but it won't accept my review otherwise. Do not throw away your money on this company. They took over $400 dollars from my disabled son and never delivered the shirts. Promise after promise was made but no results. They never answer their phone and once my son demanded his shirts they stopped accepting his emails. I don't know how they remain online. I don't know how they sleep at night. They should be shut down.

I ordered 24 tee shirts, then an hour later I receive an email that I need to pay $27 more to make changes, I say OK and pay the extra money. Then another hour later they send me an email to say it going to cost you $55 more to have a better quality printing. I called and canceled the order. So the market for low price tee shirts. But the next thing you know you're at $13 or more a tee shirt. It started off at $5,50 a shirt. I just wasted hours of my time getting scammed. The best part they charge your CC card and then say it is 3 to 5 days to get a credit time to call my credit card company

Very Dissatisfied

I ordered shirts 3 weeks ago
I was sent a proof and agreed to pay another 63.00 on to of the 111.00 for the order
Today I received a email stating my order could not be found and to send them my email address
Well they contacted me by email so what's the problem
I've placed many orders with this company but as of today I'm done doing business with them
Not only did they take my money they will not answer the phone and your not allowed to leave a message
It also appears that the email is automatically generated because it makes no sense

I was trying to place an order with them, but their system wasn't giving me the right colors and pricing. I called to get help. The lady over the phone barely spoke english. She told me she couldn't help me without an order number. I told her I couldn't place the order and that I needed help. Basically she told me there was nothing she could do for me.

Terrible customer service. Ordered from this company twice and both orders were weeks late. The only remedy they offered was a silly coupon or filing a "claim" - whatever that meant. There is a reason they are so cheap. They saved money on taking care of their customers by jobbing out phone calls and chats to some overseas operation that has no real power to fix anything. Buyer beware.

The office continues to say closed, they said they'll contact by email and i'ts been a week and nothing. I can't get a response from anyone. Definitely do NOT recommend

Had a horrible experience with this company. Stay clear.

1) It is impossible to speak with a manager or supervisor. Their response to you will always be, "they cannot transfer you to anyone at this time."

2) They do not send out shipping confirmation or tracking. I had a package stolen partly due to the fact I had no idea I needed to be home or make arrangements on that day.

3) When I tried to resolve this issue, after not being able to talk to anyone besides the first receptionist that answered, someone wrote me saying "we're not liable for anything that says it was delivered." That was that.

Stay away if you don't want issues. Pay the extra little bit for professionals to do your shirt. That way, if there is an issue, it will easily be resolved.

- Frustrated.

Do not use this company! We ordered shirts and paid the extra 25% for a guaranteed delivery date, but the T-shirts did not arrive. When we called we were told there was a production issue/delay but no one contacted us about it prior. We went back-and-forth several times on the phone and they finally told us that the shirts were printed they would send them out overnight for our event the next day. But, they shipped them out regular mail (which is a two or three day delivery) so we were unable to have shirts for our event. Customer service is extremely bad and people who work there just don't seem to care. Give your business to a company that actually delivers on their promise!

Not only did they more than double my original quote, they delivered 21 days later than they guaranteed and only 15/66 shirts ordered arrived - their solution? 20% off future orders... as if I'd ever order from them again! Terrible!

I have ordered from this company many times over the past couple years and they used to be great. I recently made an order and it was delayed at first so they sent me a coupon code. They gave me a new date for when they should arrive and it has now passed that date as well. The company has shut down their live chat box and no one answers the phone when you call. I have sent numerous emails and no one answers. As far as I'm concerned, someone took over and is scamming everyone out of their money. Do not order from these scammers and go elsewhere. Don't let their cheap prices fool you.

They ask you to write specific instructions - you do - something very short and simple - and then they ignore it. You provide artwork, and they use different artwork (!). Like 5 or so instances of this kind of stuff *on the same order*! They Just Don't Care. No one reads. No one talks to each other.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with them for two orders. There will not be a third.
