NEVER EVER AGAIN

If i could give this company a negative star i would. Waited six weeks for an order only to find out, after I had to communicate), that it would be another two weeks, after the planned event. Moreover, there was nothing said and the chat was ended. Cannot call. Number is out of order. Suffice to to say i would NEVER EVER use this company.

They seem like a good price but it is most likely now run only from china and since its illegal to use a legal name, and their dog latin is sparse, they decide to hold the money 'fraud' for interest a lot like the banks (cache)/cash

I ordered a small order of shirts and they initially responded saying they had to charge more. I tried to call them and realized no one would answer the phone regardless of what time I called. However they do answer their email— asking for more card info and money. I finally googled them and saw all of the reviews below. Do not order from these scammers.

I ordered my shirts with a promised delivery of July 12th 2022.
I had not received any updates so I called only to find out there were delays. After I pressed for quick ship because I need them for an event on the 15th was I told they wouldnt arrive until July 20th.
I was then promised they would be overnighted July 12th, another lie.
Call today July 13th to get the same runaround.
Not happy at all. No hopes of them coming for the event. I will have to mail all the shirts to the attendees and I will be asking for a full refund.

We buy all of our shirts for our staff and employees in bulk from these guys. Way cheaper then custom ink and the quality is still there. Have ordered hundreds to thousands of shirts and have always been satisfied.

I ordered a hoodie and when it came it was completely wrong. Was supposed to be a zip up, came as a pull over, logo was in the wrong spot. Name was in black on a dark purple and could not see it. Then, have been trying to work with them for 2 months on getting a refund or exchange and cannot get anyone to respond to me. When I call they tell me that the department only does things by email and I cannot actually talk to someone about this. BAD BAD customer service. Never again ooshirts.

Don't do it. I don't care how much cheaper they are, go somewhere else. I ordered shirts. They said the address was wrong, it wasn't. I tried calling, they never answer - their voice-mail days there hours are 9 to 530 pm EST, but they NEVER answer. They also won't respond to emails. Don't do it.

Awful, awful, awful

Two months, three attempts, zero accurate shirts. Poor customer service, inability to reach a live person. Inability to talk to a supervisor. Voicemail box full. Requested proof of personalization guarantee, unable to give it to us. English is often a second language, which made it very difficult to understand.

WORST and deceiving retailer I have experienced in years. Son ordered three custom shirts. Did not arrive or printed in 5 weeks and he canceled the order. Was informed credited $. Then shirts came and he emailed that way past deadline. Offered to reimburse 50% IF we removed dispute with credit company. Naively did that and then was past dispute period. Even though in writing about the partial refund, then received canned email that son had not responded (when he had) and no dispute would be honored. NEVER order! Credit company is reporting them for fraud and graciously honored dispute. Do NOT subject yourself to fraud and misrepresentation.

They will take your $, make a reason to put it on hold and not respond to emails or calls. If you want to be screwed over by low level criminals go ahead, buy from ooshirts. If not seek elseware, youll be glad you did

I had an order for one shirt and it took over a month to deliver. When it arrived, the shirt's print was not correct according to the proof they sent me. They agreed to reprint the shirt, which took another month. When it came there was overspray from the printer and the front of the shirt feels like it was made with a cheap iron on decal. Nice and stiff! The design is also not correct again! This is such bad quality that I can't submit this to my client, I am a graphic designer. The quality control is laughable and I am not sure how any ethical company could let products like this slip by to their customers. I have many pictures to show the end result.

I designed a custom T-shirt from them. I paid extra for speedy delivery. The shirt arrived late and they never refunded the extra money I paid. The shirt finally arrived with the front design on the shirt totally off center. Additional design on the front was not in the place I had specified on the design. After contacting them numerous times I have received no compensation or resolve. This cost me around $35.00 for a shirt I can not even wear.

Shirts never came

I ordered shirts and they never came, never even had tracking applied after they "shipped". After I contacted the company they were initially very apologetic and asked if I would like to be credited the money back to order again or if I would just like them to go ahead an reprint the order. I asked them to reprint. From there they ghosted me, wouldn't respond to my emails, never gave me a new confirmation number, wouldn't talk to me on their online chat, and of course no one actually answers when you call their number. I honestly don't even think they ever printed my shirts to begin with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered a set of hoodies for our school from this company. They came out nicely, so I called to place a repeat order. I specified that I wanted no changes to the size of the printing or design because consistency was so important in working with this large group of students and staff.
They sent a proof that I assumed was exactly the same since it was a reorder. Nope. Different dimensions, different colored pieces from our uploaded design, parts of the design missing upon close inspection. Trusting them to just repeat the order, I didn't do a magnified inspection to check for these differences and ended up with shirts with a design dimension so small you can only read the words up close. No explanation for the changes or offer to correct their errors, just an offer for a 25% credit since I should have found their mistakes.
I have hundreds of shirts to order every year, and it will never again be from this company.

They are four weeks behind on delivery date for 18 shirts. The worst service in the world. Stay away. I'm reporting them to the BBB. My credit card company is going to file a claim on them and put them in a blacklist.

Horrible scammers
June 24, 2020

Ordered shirts for Father's Day. Never received them. Should've been at my home by June 11th, 2020. They do not answer their phones! Nor do they respond to emails until you file a report with the BBB. Then they sent an apology and said they were shipped per their site. Just received an email a day later saying my order was canceled! Still NO REFUND FOR $114 dollars! Do not order anything from these scammers!

Received an email saying my order was on hold and I needed to call or respond to the email to fix the hold. I called multiple times during normal business hours and no one answered. I emailed multiple times and no one responded. I waited a few days and STILL I could not get a hold of a representative. I went back on the website for a live chat and they said there offices were closed and there is no other way to get a hold of them except a chat room on the website. Shady and unprofessional. Come to find out nothing was even wrong with my order. They put a hold on it because I used parenthesis for my P. O. box. WTF?

We ordered one hoodie from OoShirts. They sent an email indicating that there were some issues and that the order was placed on hold and to contact them. But they don't respond back to email and the phone number they give goes right to a voicemail which states that I am not calling within office hours. But they give their office hours as 9-5 every day and we call ALL DAY LONG and get the same message. Of course they already charged my credit card for it so I'm disputing the charge. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered shirts for a party-and paid for rush delivery. They wrote me an email the day I was expecting the shirts saying that the order required an additional $50 set-up fee and would be delayed. They still charged me and will no refund the order for the P50 shirts, BEWARE
