Purchased a ticket on K class on Emirates. After 4 days received a notification that my flight details were changed. To my biggest surprise found out that the original ticket was cancelled and they purchased me a new ticket on Q class (more restricted) on Emirates. They did not take my permission and charged me the exact same price as before. Later I found out that Airline dropped price on the route and latest price was 100-150$ less than before. All this is for what? Just to make some money? Where is your ethics? Honesty? Regular support line can't do anything, transferred me 3/4 times to sales who do not pick up calls and asked me do SURVEY.

I needed to refund my ticket almost immediately after purchasing because of a schedule conflict. They took me through the process easily enough; we three way called with spirit and the refund process began. I received an email stating this to be the case (I would receive a refund within 3-7 business days). It's been three weeks, I confirmed that Oojo had received their refund from spirit, and I've been calling for 2 weeks now asking about my refund and I am constantly told they I will receive an email or call soon and I never do. They do just enough to appease me but I don't know if I will ever get my money back.

My flight got delayed 72 hours I called them regarding the travel care service that I purchased through them but that was no help at all! They promised if my flight get delayed more than 6 hours they will pay $300 as comprehensive and reschedule my flight unfortunately they didn't do anything Very bad experience dealing with unknown Company like you!

Got a good price on a flight to Africa. Was able to call and ask a few questions before I booked it. This made me feel more confident about the purchase. The site has so many protective measures for the consumer. Which is a big help in feeling confident in my selection.

This last agent was wonderful. Easy to understand, clear and knowledgeable. And I have to believe was able to confirm my ticket. The other agents from yesterday, and a call in early Oct. Gave me incorrect information re: seat assignments and never indicated my airline-incurred flight changes were never confirmed, resulting in hours on the telephone and web sites w/you and Turkish Air. All in all, a very stressful and time consuming experience.

When I bought a ticket, I received call immediately after from Vikrant CS. He made sure my name spelling and Date of birth is correct to avoid any problem during my checkin at gate. He also was trying to help me with price match on other dates. He offered his help If I might need help for seat selection or meal.
We are happy that Vikrant has provided you with such a wonderful experience.
Their agent convinced me to buy trip protection package by lying that I will get 100% refund if I cancel for ANY medical reasons. But when I actually tried to claim the refund for cancellation with a medical certificate, they are giving me the toughest time ever by making me pass through so many hoops and finding every reason possible to not give me any compensation for the claim! I have been going back and forth with emails with them for the past 5 months!

Booked a flight for Nov 18. Flight was changed to Nov 22. Airline cancelled the ticket but Oojo refuses to issue a refund.

No written confirmation is ever sent, no communication with their supervisor,
No knowledge of laws, they are very quick to take your money but no one wants to assist you with any of your issues! Issues which in fact they create for you.

0 Stars, Possible Phishing scam of a company.
Made a flight reservation through oojo after being redirected by Kayak. Instead of issuing tickets, I received numerous calls from oojo agents from unverified numbers to "verify" my information on a 3-way call with my bank.
In thousands of online transactions and travel bookings no other company requires this. They have my credit card information and can just charge VISA and issue the tickets like a normal company.
Something is very wrong here and you should never "verify" your banking information on a 3 way call.

I would replace Expedia & Kayak if this Agent's quality of service continues to be excellent. There is someone on the phone right away. That is a big deal for me if a company I do business with wants me to interact with them, better pick up the phone in 5 mins. If they don't have that manpower, they better put things up as self-service options.

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
