Quite the gong show dealing with this company. Customer service is a nightmare! I was overcharged by $230 and they have done nothing to resolve the issue but took the time to string me along for weeks and then turn around and say that too much time has passed! Their right hand clearly has no idea what their left hand is doing in this company and they take zero responsibility for anything! Dealing with Oojo has been a huge waste of time and money! Just book directly with the airline and save yourself the hassle!

One of the worst travel worked with. There have charged additional insurance indicating in case of flight travel changes amount will be fully reimbursed. When requested to change the dates they came up with a rate difference which is almost the ticket price, not sure who the insurance makes a difference here. I left mostly cheated. I will not recommend this travel

I would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. These guys just want to make money off processing and hidden fees. They charge you for cancellation within 24 hrs which I have not seen anywhere else. Also even though the airlines themselves might be flexible, this company likes to add 250 of "processing" fees for any changes. Rip off

Elegant booking experience, simple, non confusing, works!
I particularly liked how it showed me the change fees, refundable or not status for my tickets, cleanly and elegantly. It also was a surprisingly simple, pleasing overall UX on the website.

Fraud Alert ‼ don't buy tickets from them, they cheat, they sell tickets on expired passport. They charging airline exchange fees which airlines never charge and it's same price as tickets. Very unprofessional. They cause my family Christmas holiday trip. Filed dispute. Please pay more to others then these goons.

Hello, I booked a flight with OOJO because they had a flight that allowed me to depart and arrive at the times of day I was looking for with only one stop and without a long layover. The price was lower than the airline's website. The purchase triggered a fraud alert on my credit card. I called the OOJO customer service number and it was taken care of quickly. Thank you.

Booked a flight for an upcoming trip. Was surprised when a "travel representative" phoned me to confirm the destinations, flights and times. Made sure I knew how to contact them if I had any questions or needed help. So far, so good but being that the trip isn't for a while yet we'll see if it remains smooth sailing?

I bought a ticket 2 weeks prior, I found it at a cheaper price and since I had 24 hours to cancel the ticket I called back and cancelled 2 hours after. They said the funds will be released back within 1 - 7 days. I have called at least 5 times after that to check including today which has been 15 days passed, today I get a person that says there have been no notes left on the account, which every single person assured me they have cancelled it and have saved an urgent note on the account, and they have just cancelled it 3 days ago. After complaining and asking to speak to a supervisor, which apparently does not exist as I've asked for one multiple times through my calls as the agents seems to have access to none of the data, they just simply hung up on me. I have not received my money or a any sort of help. Horrible company, for the few dollars you save it is absolutely not worth it. BEWARE!

I am trying to change my ticket date for 15 days now. Made probably about 40 calls and spoke with multiple agents after long waiting time the phone just gets disconnected. They returned my call one time only and told me at the moment the agent can not help me but he will escalate the request and never no one got back to me. Very very frustrating

Purchased a ticket on K class on Emirates. After 4 days received a notification that my flight details were changed. To my biggest surprise found out that the original ticket was cancelled and they purchased me a new ticket on Q class (more restricted) on Emirates. They did not take my permission and charged me the exact same price as before. Later I found out that Airline dropped price on the route and latest price was 100-150$ less than before. All this is for what? Just to make some money? Where is your ethics? Honesty? Regular support line can't do anything, transferred me 3/4 times to sales who do not pick up calls and asked me do SURVEY.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
