This is the worse customer service experience I ever had in my life. Takes a full day to get anything done over the phone, when they pick up (many times the call goes literally to voice message)
The ticket protection they offer is also basically a scam.
Pay extra and buy your ticket elsewhere, no amount of money is worth the headache you'll have dealing with these people

Absolutely the worst experience you could imagine. Due to an issue with their website,
They double charged me for the exact same set of tickets. They are now basically bargaining with me on how much I am willing to pay in processing fees (which is absolutely nothing) saying it's 250, then 200, and now 110 to get a refund. Wildly unprofessional.
I am having to dispute this charge with my bank because the customer service is useless and rude. Hopefully, I'll get the $780 dollars they wrongly charged me back. That'd be awesome, thanks.

These guys are crooks and will double-book & double-charge your credit card then they will agree to refund the money but however you will be asked to pay for the non-refundable tax per ticket.
It's a smart practice to extort hard earned money from vulnerable consumers.

They lie to get your personal info! Booked flight for them to confirm then call saying it's no longer available, booked another flight they offered and verified credit card info said ticket info would be emailed promptly. After 4.5 hours of nothing called only to be hung up on several times then when I get a call from customer service rep its only to be out on hold for 20 mins for the lady to info me they didn't have the tickets and tried to sell me one at a much higher rate!

Last year we used Oojo and it was a great experience! Price was great for us since we have 6 people in our family back and forth. It costs a lot for our trip. So Oojo provided the best tickets for us. This year, again, still got cheap tickets for us. even though with two stops but price is so good that we cannot refuse it.

They lured me to sell a ticket protection then cancelled my ticket and charge more money again (the ticket showed $1000 sold me over $1500 after hiding the price with some stupid add). But forgot to hide one. They again cancelled my ticket and asked more money to refund 900 out of 1500... i would never travel with them. Their representatives were from india and Philippines and kept lying and asking money... i don't understand why they have such a good false ratings... please throw your money in garbage but never pay them a *****. Once you are trapped you will have to keep paying them...

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
