After multiple failed attempts, trying to use another website and or companies who shall not be named. Oojo came to the rescue. The format within the website was very straightforward. There was no interruptions, nor any harsh pop-ups. They did their due diligence in offering variety insurance plans. As well as covering every single basis that one needs to travel. This is my first time using this platform, and it definitely will not be the last. Five stars doesn't seem adequate enough. If there was a higher rating, I would have given it a 10 out of 10. Genuinely recommend to anyone who is looking to retrieve their flight booking without any hassles.
Before this, I didn't know about Oojot, but searching for flight tickets, I found Oojo and then I decided that I should use Oojo for buying my tickets, and I bought thru it. So, if this transaction and the journey and all the communication with Oojo is friendly and based on honesty, then I will be using Oojo for buying airline tickets int he future too, but I should wait how it goes ahead the first time. I booked a ticket through oojo and prices were really good compared to what other websites quoted. I also took their travel care services to protect their plan. I paid around 49 usd per ticket for their services. Unfortunately while traveling one of my luggage bag got damaged and when I reach out to oojo support they said they are only taking care of completely damaged luggage or missing luggage. I don't know the definition of completely damaged luggage but when you ask for compensation they will not support. Pathetic service.

My flight is upcoming, so hopefully everything flies. But so far, so good. I've received updates on every change or update there is, customer service is great, the calls are answered promptly, they send sms texts and emails constantly and they've offered the cheapest tickets for our chosen flights. All in all, I can recommend Oojo with confidence.

I had a very bad experience with Oojo in particular. I booked my ticket and I checked the "fare rules" where it says ticket exchange is free. So I thought just in case I want to change my ticket there will be "no charge". After a while, I ended up needing to exchange my ticket, I sent a request online and I didn't hear back. I did call them and then… I figured they are hiding it into their terms and services and they charged me $260. Don't book your ticket on oojo simply because it looks cheaper.

I cancelled a flight within 24 hours (not fully booked due to no passport information given) and they charged me a $514 fee despite the Terms and Conditions clearly stating FREE cancellations within 24 hours. Very unprofessional, despite many calls they have not been able to help us. We've been told they would call us back several times, but no response.

Found a good price through Kayak that brought me to Oojo. I don't know if they are the same thing or not.

Very friendly and easy booking. Before finalizing the purchase, they verified my credit card to prevent someone else from using it without my notice. I actually felt quite safe knowing that this prodecure has been done. Talking about the price of tickets, it was a little cheaper than on other sites I checked. Overall I am very satisfied.
I hesitated a bit before booking my first trip with Oojo - as I was not aware of this agent before. I did take the dive and have made multiple bookings with them now. Oojo's price is always a few dollars cheaper than other agents or direct airline websites.
Also, their customer care provides full support in case there's an airline-caused change of schedule to find better options free of cost.

I've been looking for a good priced ticket for months now and I didn't find it until today when I spoke to the beautiful soul Eeram. Oojo came up on a Skyscanner search and it was new to me. The booking process was quick and there were no added fees. I like the single, relatively short page for booking. Some travel sites take you through 6-7 pages and about 10 "No" clicks before finishing. I got the itinerary within 30 minutes. Definitely above average experience.

Their service was horrible. I ended up buying the tickets directly from the airline. Ojoo asked for extra $200 after 8 hours long wait, and eventually did not issue any ticket for my flight on the next day.

If i had an option for lower than one star I would choose it! Most ruthless customer service reps you will find, 0 customer service provided over 6 different phone calls and supervisor involved as well. Needed an exchange for a returning flight but was unable to reach a conclusion as they were charging the price of a new ticket to move a returning flight that is a month away 1 week out. I highly discourage going through this 3rd party. NEVER AGAIN.

Had to book a last minute flight at a low budget and Oojo made it happen. The process of purchasing was clear and fast. Got my tickets in 30 minutes. Thank you, I will come back when I will need affordable economy class tickets. 5 stars deserved for sure!

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
