Their service was horrible. I ended up buying the tickets directly from the airline. Ojoo asked for extra $200 after 8 hours long wait, and eventually did not issue any ticket for my flight on the next day.
If i had an option for lower than one star I would choose it! Most ruthless customer service reps you will find, 0 customer service provided over 6 different phone calls and supervisor involved as well. Needed an exchange for a returning flight but was unable to reach a conclusion as they were charging the price of a new ticket to move a returning flight that is a month away 1 week out. I highly discourage going through this 3rd party. NEVER AGAIN.

Had to book a last minute flight at a low budget and Oojo made it happen. The process of purchasing was clear and fast. Got my tickets in 30 minutes. Thank you, I will come back when I will need affordable economy class tickets. 5 stars deserved for sure!
The webpage is simple and easy to browse. However, it would be more convenient if My Booking webpage can show my total ticket price info including Travel Care Service purchase for $99.45. I like to view all info on ONE page. Overall 4 stars

These guy are awesome. My agent, Roohi, never said no. Not once, and I'm a difficult customer at the least. They are super responsive. If you call during non business hours, they call right back anyways. I've been traveling for 35 years. This is my new go-too agency. I've told my friends and family about them too.

I booked a ticket from LAX to BOM - the First Outbound connecting flight got delayed, rescheduling the next flight we were barred from boarding the next connecting flight, and neither the airline nor OOjO took any responsibility for our hassle. Both were pointing fingers at each other.
The travel care package sold by OOJO for $159 is a joke and got wasted when the airline took over our tickets. We bought the package in case we had to reschedule the return flight but now it is no longer applicable and it is of course not refundable.
Never buy tickets from these agencies. You will be left hanging by both parties when operational delays happen.

I would give zero stars if possible. This company is scam. Someone used my credit card fraudulently to make a purchase. When I called about it, every representative said the fraud department would call me back. No one from fraud department called me back. The charges have gone through, and the company will not resolve the issue. This company is involved with fraud. Stay away!

This was the worst experience in my 20 plus years of buying airline tickets from agents. I bought a ticket I couldn't get e-ticket, nobody seems to know what is going on. They keep on the line for 30 minutes and transfer you to another agent who worst then the one you spoke with. End up missing my flight. Unless you want to have a headache or miss flight just stay away from them.

Now its been 22 hrs they still didn't issue my E-tickets i have caled them 6 time they just usd to say we cant do anything our travel agent will calm u back n assist u. Bought two round trip tickets to Colombia. At the airport the flight was canceled. It has now been almost TEN MONTHS and they are still giving me the runaround. Over $1000.00 lost by using Oojo instead of buying direct through the airline. Nothing left to do but to go to small claims court.
Do not use Oojo- if your flight is cancelled you have lost your money!

I booked a flight on their website thru skyscanner and kept waiting for them to send me e-ticket. Then the next day, I found out that my reservation is having PNR issue and I need to contact them. I called, lucky enough I was be able to talk to someone on the line and after a short hold, she told me to wait for a phone call from one of their CS or follow up email asap. But the thing is…my departure date is in a week from today. I asked her how long do I need to wait but the answer seems so unsure. I feel like I'm screwed pretty much, I can't do much about this. First and surely last time choosing Oojo.

Very satisfied with the prompt solution to my problem. Oojo is better than other online travel agencies that have no post sale support. 100% will book more flights, especially because of the prices that are lower than every other site I checked online. Nothing much to add - great service!
I wrote a review earlier that the site is misleading about 24 hours cancellation and does not provide rules at the time of booking. But they informed me that they changed it now and refund me. I like that they followed up so we are in agreement
I'm in desperate situation and needed help to change my flight. Hoping I can still catch my dying mother alive. She's in critical condition at the moment...I already called to cancel my flight out of desperation but never hit my mind of asking to change for earlier flight... I had a very bad experience that when rescheduling the tickets with Oojo. They are cheaters.
Booked 5 tickets in Dec 2021 from IAD to BLR round trip: $4800 for July 2022 travel.
Requested to reschedule it for Nov 2022. They are asking $6300+ As fair differences for 5 tickets.
It costs total $ ******* total cost
Can you see how is this cheating level. Horrible experience

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
