I ordered from Victoria secrets, package had no movement once it reached my city. After about 10 days I reached out only to receive a generic response which I wasn't satisfied with so I told them I wanted to know exactly where my package was. They said they did an investigation and it was lost. So VS gave me a replacement, lo and behold once that one reached my city, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. I work at the biggest UPS plant in the country and it's actually insanely hard to "lose" a package. Someone is stealing and they just don't care because companies continue to use this company. There are several articles online about drivers being found with thousands of stolen packages. I plan on riding out there this weekend and filing a formal complaint, to steal someone's mail is a federal offense even if it's not a federally regulated company. This company needs to be shut down, it's like a 50/50 shot whether you're going to get your stuff or not and that's completely unacceptable. I ordered from Wal-Mart and these idiots got the delivery, It was suppose to be here a day before my Daughters Birthday but it was delayed and there site said it would be delivered ON her Bday, but yet again DELAYED, now they said do to "Unforeseen circumstances" her package "Should" be there today by 9pm!
We'll see, I'm also tryin to let Wal-Mart know so they don't use these unreliable company again!

I had a package that was to be delivered by ontrac, and again my package was marked as delivered and nothing was there, 2nd time in 2 weeks this company has stolen my package

They left my package in the middle of the road no where close to my house didn't even try to put it near the mail box. Someone else had to bring it to me.

Recently moved to Nevada, never dealt or heard of this company. Made a recent Walmart purchase, a PacMan Arcade1 unit. Two day delivery, so far so good, until Walmart used OnTrac. On 9/22, I get a text that it was delivered at 11:51 am. Problem, is that I had work done by contractors in garage, and cameras, including Ring doorbell. Noone arrived to deliver. Upon contacting Walmart, I was told to wait until 48 hrs. After 2 days, Walmart did not want to reveal who the vendor to deliver was, finally, Walmart wanted to have me contact my bank to dispute the charge, told me that OnTrac was the delivery company, and they CLAIMED that OnTrac stands by the delivery, and item was delivered in front of the door. Walmart left a very bad taste in my mouth, that they were not willing to do anything. After calling my bank, to dispute, and sending DM in Twitter, explaining, and sending them proof from the Ring history, that noone from OnTrac, was even at residence, they mysteriously, refund my purchase. Still without my item, it's out of stock, and no longer on sale. Would I order again from Walmart? No, not when they use OnTrac.

Package never delivered. No one should ever use this company. I have no problem receiving packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, costco and amzon almost everyday.

I don't usually do reviews at all but had to do this one. Was reading all the bad reviews about ONTRAC and was scared and disappointed that the merchant I brought from used ONTRAC and was doubtful that I would not receive my package. Safe to say my package arrived a day early and it was a great experience. Thanks ONTRAC

I have never had so many terrible experiences with a delivery company. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. My first order was a BRIDEMAIDS DRESS AND SHOES. They left it by the front door IN THE RAIN at 9pm... I was not happy. But the dress was fine so whatever. That is until I again had three packages that should have been delivered TWO DAYS AGO. But for whatever reason. They WILL NOT LEAVE THEM. Blaming "security concerns". WHAT!?!?! You left my dress in the rain. But these are too precious? I have spoken to THREE DIFFERENT AGENTS... I just keep getting told its not their problem or to wait. Now my items are supposedly unable to be delivered for TWO MORE DAYS... I have to fly out before then. Sooooo I guess I just will only have half an outfit for this wedding... If there was a way I could know it was going to be them delivering. I would literally cancel my order... WORST COMPANY EVER... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ontrac has never delivered product to my door despite stating "DELIVERED" "Front Door" or "DELIVERED" "Front Soor". I have found, any company who used Ontrac to deliver the product purchased gets delivered to the house to the right of my house or to the left of my house, across the street or down the street. I then go walking down the street to find my box or boxes. There Tracking website doesn't work either. I would rate Ontrac a minus number if I could.

Some reason a great company used ontrac... why, maybe cheaper? Originally said I would receive it sept 17th than they updated to sept 15th. On sept 17th it finally showed tracking and said it was out for delivery sept 12th, Talking with Managers to track it they do not care. Called me to say it was going to be delivered today the 17th, but now it will be maybe tomorrow, I HAVE NO FAITH IN THIS COMPANY, They ruin the companys names they work for,

I placed an order with Home Depot. The package arrived at the local facility in my town at 8:53 a.m. the Saturday before Christmas (Wednesday), with delivery announced on the Ontrac website for Monday by the end of the day. By the end of the day, the Ontrac website indicated that an event had occurred which delayed delivery, updating to Tuesday, by the end of the day. By Tuesday evening it gave the same update message, now delaying delivery to Friday, 2 days after Christmas. I called on Thursday and wanted to go down to their facility to pick it up and called Home Deport to have them authorize that. I went to the facility, but nobody was there (no one in the building or parking lot at all). For all I know, nobody was there the day before Christmas either. I am writing this on Friday, so I don't know if the package will arrive today or if they gave everyone the whole week off. But this is unacceptable, especially at Christmas. If they underestimated their staffing needs, they certainly shouldn't have also closed down the day after Christmas. I now will not place any online orders without assurance that the vendor will NOT ship via Ontrac.

Emailed them we want to refuse the package. Required signature so the vendor told us to refuse it. They delivered without the obtaining any signature. And we were home!

Terrible company. So basically i've ordered form shein plenty of times never having any problems with shipping. But i now know the reason why is because the delivery service are always well know such as, fedex, usps, ups, etc. But this time i got ontrac. My order was placed and shipped on july 17th. And the estimated delivery date was july 26th - july 30th, and as soon as the 26th hit i got a notification saying it was out for delivery, yet never came, then the same thing happens the next day and the next and the next, till today august 2nd. I got a notification saying that it was originally sent to the wrong facility and is now in my city and out for delivery. So around 3:45 i got a notification about a attempted delivery, and it was asking for a gate code to my house, when i don't have a gate code. HONESTLY OVERALL ONTRAC IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!

They will lie to you and worst service ever if you order from Walmart make sure they are not the ones to get the order or you will wait longer then ever before

Marked the package "refused", but the delivery NEVER SHOWED UP. No customer service whatsoever. You will NOT be connected to a real representative. LITERALLY a SCAM.

4 times a company I ordered from used Ontrac. ALL 4 times I never got package(except when I caught the driver pretending to drop it off and trying to leave with my package). First they delay and weeks later they say "out for delivery" and 2 minutes later it says "delivered". One time i knew I was getting my package and I stepped out and there was a guy in a car(standing by his door) and I saw him scan a package and put it in his back seat and when he's about to get in the car I said "excuse me is that for me" and he started stuttering and said "oh I rang your bell nobody came" (at that time I didn't know he scanned it to say it was "delivered", plus he never rang my bell) I didn't say anything and as he's handing me the package, I get a text saying "package was delivered". I put 2 and 2 together and realized he was about to steal it. I let it go since I got the package but a few days ago the package said "delivered" but I never got it and I was home all day waiting for it. I opened an "investigation" and let's see if they even penalize the driver because I know the driver will probably say "oh It might have been delivered to the wrong house", which will be a complete lie. I'm not letting this go. I'm Gona make sure ontrac drivers are held accountable. I will protest if I have to. I will go on a hunger strike if I have to. I don't care anymore, I know they never hold their drivers accountable that's why they keep doing this. Just imagine how many packages they stole.
