I didn't choose it. The company I ordered from did

They are a legit company, but not a legit shipping company as they can't deliver at all.

Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.

Dont trust Ontrac. Choose other Companies even its Expensive Because Ontrac have a High Amount of Package Lost While transit Cases..

They've been doing that for at least a decade. They did it to me too. There's no repurcussions. They steal and you'll never get your package.

They didn't. They likely never went to your home. They probably sell our things at random flea markets and ebay.
