Week 1 actually received on time
Week 2 received 3 days after delivery date food spoiled
Week 3 never received
Week 4 was supposed to be delivered today, it was not, delayed
If I was Home Chef I would sue, this service or no service has cost them a bunch of money.
I would never ever use OffTrac to send anything. If I could give negative stars I would.

Terrible with delivery date accuracy. I've had 12 deliveries from them and only 1 has ever been on time. Some are 1 days late, others are a week late. Absolutely terrible.
I cannot understand how ONTRAC functions. They have twice now (because one was a replacement) managed to not deliver me my packages. The say it was handed to me and signed for by me, but was in fact signed for by someone with entirely different initials, the same initials twice btw. WHY ARE YOU GUYS LOSING MY DAMN SOAP WHYYYYYY. I WORK IN A HOSPITAL LET ME HAVE MY SOAP. I'm so frustrated because until whoever JWS is you guys got my soaps to me.
This company marks items as delivered though it's not yet delivered. In my case, they said they put it at a locker but it's not my locker. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. Not sure why companies still partner with this company.
My packages has been open, keep over night marked delivered. Today the driver walked through my yard then threw my packages that is it for me. I will not make any orders EVER AGAIN!
Do not buy if you know they are the delivery company. You'll most likely not receive your package, and if you are lucky and do receive it, it will be weeks after you were told it would be there!
No customer service. I have to assume my package is lost... every day I get an update that it's going to be delivered the next day. Now on day four, and it's perishable so...
The customer service is no help and my package has been out for delivery for 6 days. Horrible! They won't mark the package as lost so I'm getting the run around for a refund!

I reached out to OnTrac due to my package not arriving when promised. Their response was they would get back to me within 2 business days. No way to get to a live person. I will not use them again.
I was actually assaulted when I asked the driver to slow down in our country neighbors. In his words, he wasn't $#*!ing speeding! He then sped off swerving from one side of the road to the other!
Apparently they can drop a package off wherever they want and call it successful. They refuse to do anything about a package and you can't get anyone on the phone! They should be put out of business

Husband and I ordered a PS5 through Walmart. Immediately when I saw the shipping was through OnTrac I had a feeling in my gut we would never receive it. My feeling was correct.
First the order said it shipped early and would receive it Saturday. It didn't come Saturday, and they told us it was delayed for Monday and had shipped to a city only 30 minutes from us. The PS5 was never shipped Monday.
On Tuesday, I contacted Walmart concerned that our order was now late and asked if we could just go pick it up ourselves since it was supposedly only 30 minutes away from us. Walmart told me to please wait until the end of the day for my shipment to arrive (thanks Walmart).
Finally later on Tuesday afternoon, we were informed that the order was "damaged" and we wouldn't be receiving it. OnTrac said they were figuring out if they should "send it back to the vendor or dispose of it."
This is ((alleged)) but I have a strange feeling it was stolen. I have no evidence of this, but why was it delayed for 2 days in a city only 30 minutes from us, only for us to find out 48 hours later it was "damaged?"
I've never had such an expensive order damaged in shipping before.
So yea, OnTrac is just as bad as everyone says it is. You should be surprised if you receive your order at all, in the correct location, or without damages. Luckily Walmart issued us a full refund, we are on a list to just buy the item from Sony directly this time. We decided it's worth waiting than being put through this again.
I had to cancel my favorite meal kit subscription because they continued to use OnTrac, even after they let me know a year and a half ago that they were aware there was a problem with OnTrac delivering their boxes. They assured me they were working on a solution, but never switched companies, and after OnTrac recently lost my 5th box from them, I had to cancel. After reaching out to OnTrac MULTIPLE times, I have never once heard back from them. Once, the driver "couldn't find" my apartment, so he left it at a random apartment of his choosing. I never saw that box, even after running around my complex trying to figure out where they left it. USELESS, WORTHLESS COMPANY!
I will never order from anywhere that uses this terrible shipping company. There is no reason for a security issue to delay my package, no other company is like this.
Never received my package. It was marked as delivered with no photo. Checked with neighbors and nothing. No response from OnTrac. I will not order from any business using OnTrac!
Ontrac uses "last mile delivery" The driver backed into my car and sped off. Zero cooperation from Ontrac to locate the driver. $2600 damage. FOR SHAME!
This is the worst delivery service to me. Especially when you have to oh for delivery. Was not here on promised date. Website updated hours after the supposed deliver delivery

Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
