I ordered 4 tires with Online Tires through the phone with one of the company's sales persons, making sure that if for any reasons I have to return the tires, will not be charged for shipping, and he assured me that there will be no charges for the returns at all. I requested to ship the tires to my mechanic shop, and in my surprise they sent the tires with no covers and loose. They shipped 3 of them together, and the last one came a week after. Waiting for two weeks, when I went to my mechanic shop to install them, the surface of the tires looked that much bad, that putting them on my car looked a great liability to take risks. I called the company to request a return label, they asked me to make it on their website. I did the request, but they did not issue the label till I called them again six days later, and they refused to issue the label, unless I am going to pay for the shipment myself. After 3 weeks, the tires are still in my mechanic shop with no solution in sight. Do not do business with this company, as you will greatly be disappointed.

Ordené unos neumáticos Firestone y estaban increíbles!
El envio rapidísimo, los ordene un miércoles en la noche y el sábado en la mañana estaban en la puerta de mi casa(miami, Fl).
Cuando estaba tratando de hacer mi orden online recibí una llamada John para ayudarme a hacer el pedido y darme un descuento.
Siempre estuvieron al tanto de mi orden hasta el momento que los recibí.

Great Customer Service!

My main reason for choosing onlinetires.com was because I'm a senior and another company (I won't mention your competitors name) does not give you the option of customer service help and it was a bit overwhelming using their site to place my order. Poor customer service

I called today, because I place an order for R888s $1220 in tires. FedEx delayed my package and asked FedEx if I can pick up from the local FedEx location. FedEx told me I need authorization from online tires.com. I called there customer service and were absolutely no help... waste of time... poor customer service. Will never shop here again.

Great Customer Service

I called today and spoke with John Munguia, and I have to say that he has the BEST customer service I have experienced in quite a long time! 5-Starts for John, I highly recommend him. He is thorough and confirms all the information that he received from me.

Their website is easy to navigate and find what I wanted, but wanted to speak to someone to confirm stock, and I am sure glad I got to speak with John. He is a great representative for this company.

Place and order on Feb 9 (Tuesday) with Christopher. At the beginning was professional and promising that my tire was arriving within 3 business day (Friday) but had to reach customer service next day for tracking number and realize delivery was until February 15 (Monday). Stop processing orders without warranty of delivery time, stop playing with customers who depended from car parts. Not only they ship the order via FedEx Home where they save money and delay time to consumers but MISS spell my last name on the order ( If the fedex driver decides to ask for ID I am 100% f#&! Up) Not cool.

Don't order from them

I ordered 4 tires a week ago from them, and they still haven't arrived. On their website it says that the tires should be there in 1 to 3 business days, but that's a lie. And my order wasn't even shipped to the state that it was supposed to be shipped to. I put a city in Indiana on my order, but once I got the tracking number, I tracked the order and the order was shipped to somewhere in Florida. I had to call the customer service people because they never sent me an email telling me the tracking number, I called them 3 times. First time I called customer service was to get the tracking info, they said they would email me the tracking info but never did, and this first call was 4 days after I ordered my tires. So, next day I called them again because I still didn't have the tracking info, and this time they actually emailed me the tracking info, so I hang up and look into the tracking info. Come to find out, the order isn't even shipping to me, its shipping to some city in Florida. So, I call them back the same day as the second call and tell them that the order is shipping to the wrong address and they tell me that they will look into it and try to fix it. It's the next day and the order is still going to Florida and not to my address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I think that they are a scam company and if they aren't then they are a really sucky company that has horrible customer service.

Don't order from them

Order 2 tires, one tire not same tread as in picture other tire totally wrong size and brand, trying to return just the one tire for the right one has been a nightmare, keeping sending info they need over and over, pics of wrong tire has been a month still no tire, never delt with a company so mis managed in my life! My car still on jacks

The worst

Ok so I order a set of tires on February 1st, 2021 at 5am. Realized I ordered the wrong size called as soon as customer service opened and told them to cancel the order because I ordered the wrong tires and of course they sent the tires anyway so I would have to pay for return shipping. They worst customer service. Stay clear of this place

I will start with the bad. I made a purchase for tires through onlinetires on eBay. They shipped fast, but the wrong tires arrived. It could have been an honest mistake, as they sent the older version of what I ordered and the name is almost identical. They then waited until the absolute last minute to send me shipping labels to return them. I then had to wait another week to get a refund. Now to the good news. After getting my refund I went online and found an even better deal on the tires I wanted. It was such a good deal I ordered them immediately. It was through onlinetires.com and at that point I still hadn't made the connection that it was the same place I made the first purchase from through eBay. After making my order I began to read all the horrible reviews and got worried. They charged my card instantly. The next morning I received a FedEx notification that a label had been created. Then nothing happened, so I thought I just got screwed too. The next day I got a FedEx notification (still nothing from onlinetires) that the tires had been picked up in the same city I live in ( in Texas). We have a couple of tire wholesale warehouses, so I assume onlinetires just drop ships them. Needless to say since they shipped from a local warehouse, I had the correct tires in hand by 9:30am the next day. So to some it up; I got the tires for half the price of anywhere else, I ordered them at 11:30pm on Monday and had them in hand by 9:30am on Thursday, and the correct ones arrived.

One star is far too generous...

There's a lot of good reasons OnlineTires.com has more negative reviews than positive ones, so don't make the mistake I did. I buy a *LOT* of tires every year (I'm a collector, restorer and enthusiast), so you'd think they'd be inclined to take care of a customer - But after 30 days, I'm still getting the runaround.

They are scams

I make a online order but, I call back and canceled like 30 minutes after. They said refund takes 7 days to 10 days to process but I never received my money back always lying. I have to involved my bank for investigation. Be careful with them!

Purchased tires on 12/10/20 and then cancelled order after reading bad reviews and fear of being scammed. Customer Support has continuously lied saying purchase price has been refunded and to date has not happened. I got tied if the run around and contacted my credit card company and reported fraud against this business. Be careful when buying on line vs your local store. I would be cautious when buying from this company.

AVOID! SCAM.

They sold me tires that had a bubble in it after it was mounted. They claim no responsibility to send me another one and even had the audacity to say it must have been damaged during installation. Obviously, there is no way of knowing of a bubble if it has not been mounted but their incompetent costumer service team and Kelly don't seem to comprehend that. The "owner" says i have to call the manufacturer! Imagine that. WTF is this. I'm going to leave bad reviews all over the place and will be contacting BBB as well. NEVER AGAIN WIll they have my business and i'll post bad reviews anywhere i can.

I ordered tires, the called and said the tires were out of stock. I said ok I will buy elsewhere. They proceeded to charge by credit card and refused to supply a refund! I was totally in shock and now I have to dispute the charges w/ my credit card company. I am going to file a legal claim against them for violation of the NJ CFA which is our protection against consumer fraud here in NJ.

Scam

I have to admit that the prices were good but don't look at anything with a rebate because they don't honor it. Talked to customer service at least 6 times and they kept lying to us the whole time. List out on a $100 dollar rebate from Goodyear. Filed complaint with BBB

I will say they have fair deals but if you have a issue don't expect it to be handled professionally. I have called numerous times to be told its being handled and they will call me back and also send and email to that effect. No supervisor is ever available and but they just say the same thing likes they are reading a script. They claim to be in California but I think there call center is over seas in the Philippines. I had called a few weeks ago and was told a new tire will be sent and I will get conformation of it within 2 hrs... LIES. That day I thought ok they seem to be taking care of the matter so I ordered another set of tires for another vehicle I have, if I'd knew they were lying to me I would've taken my business elsewhere. After 6 plus calls Im hoping today they are not lying to me about sending me the lost tire which has already been paid for. Sadly I have to hope they are doing the what they say. Today I left a message on the supervisor voicemail, lets see if I even get a call back. I doubt it!
