Can't ship

I've had a tracking number but they haven't given my tire to carrier. Ordered 02 and the 10th it was processed. It was supposed to be here the 10th don't do business with this slack company 😕 I'll take my business elsewhere. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ITS A NIGHTMARE. BAD BUSINESS

Fraudulent

Unknowingly purchased tires from this vendor using Walmart.com.
The tires were on "sale" and a great price. This "business" contacted me within hours to tell me they were out of my tires and would send an alternative with similar value.the tires they wanted to send were $#*! tires.
Do not order from these thieves.

Avoid!

Sent the wrong rims (that would not fit my truck) and then went completely dark when I tried to return them. Filled out the return form twice called and left multiple messages with "customer service," of which they offer none. AVOID!

Dishonest
September 21, 2022

Purchased 4 air sensors for $132.50. Turns out these sensors were not required for my car. Went through the process of returning the sensors for a credit with customer service. Returned the sensors and never received a refund.
I had used Online Tires for years with no issues until I had to return an item which did not work on my car.
Save yourself the trouble, spend a little more money and use any other tire vendor besides Online Tire.
I will never use them again.

Worst Experience EVER!
December 29, 2022

Worst experience ever. Stay far away from this website. As mentioned, they will ship you the incorrect tires or do the bait and switch tactic where all of sudden, the tires are out of stock and want you to buy something way more expensive. I have an investigation open with Walmart as I ordered through them with OnlineTires being the third party seller. I have called many times, and left messages for Johnathan (manager) with no return call. DO NOT ORDER!

Brutal Customer Service

There was a problem with shipping one of my tires, which ended up delivered to someone across the country. I bought them through Walmart with Online Tires as the vendor. Online Tires was completely uninterested in helping me get the tire I paid for, and ultimately stopped returning my messages. DO NOT buy from them, as any problem with shipping will only cost you frustration, time and grief.

John is the man to deal with!

I needed 1 specific tire for one of my company trucks and nobody had it in stock, John jumped in and contacted me via text and stuck with me for 2 days while I searched their site for something I was happy with! THEN he rushed the order through and not only did I have the tires in 2 days but received them on Sunday! I definitely have a new go to place for my tires for my company trucks. Now I just need to decide what to order for my Porsche... Hmmm. THANK YOU, JOHN!

Watch out please! Ordered 8 semi truck tires online at Walmart and online tires was the seller, cost $1522 they sent me 8 car tires and I'm still trying to get my money refunded and here it is over 30 days later, won't answer the phone and no response to emails! BUYERS BEWARE!

Terrible service
January 19, 2024

I ordered tires at the beginning of January and didn't receive them at all. Instead they sent tires for a completely different vehicle and refused to send the correct order until they got the ones that were sent incorrectly sent back. So not only am I out $900 but I'm also out the tires I ordered. It took five minutes if the phone ringing for anyone to answer and that's when I found a published number that actually worked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

One star is far too generous...

There's a lot of good reasons OnlineTires.com has more negative reviews than positive ones, so don't make the mistake I did. I buy a *LOT* of tires every year (I'm a collector, restorer and enthusiast), so you'd think they'd be inclined to take care of a customer - But after 30 days, I'm still getting the runaround.

This is what they say in The Who we are story, they don't answer the phone or get back to emails don't offer a tracking number unless you get threw and ask for one and they say the have same day shipping before 11: am they don't. Take down the 11: am tag line if you don't plan on doing it or at less let the buyer know. I should have went back to tirebuyer.com or Costco this will be my last purchase.

I ordered size 33x12.50R18 tires and received 285/55R20's I stead. They refused to refund me until they got the wrong tires back and did all of this knowing they didn't have my tires in stock when I ordered them. It's been one obstacle after another. They don't answer their phones and email is almost impossible to understand. The BBB has listed them as unaccredited and considers this company as "high risk" to the consumer. Onlinetires.com won't respond to the BBB inquiry either.

Bad company
November 2, 2021

Made an order #******* and was advised after I had to make the call that the order would not be fulfilled because the tire is "not in stock" and that my funds would be tied up for 24-48 hours. Will never purchase from this company again and advise others to steer clear.

I bought two brand new tires and paid for road side hazard insurance. When one tire failed, they refused to stand by their warranty. Don't do it, you will be treated like crap if you have an issue. It took me a month before "customer service" finally denied my claim. Ridiculous company. Just go to a real tire shop who will honor their product warranty.

They take your $$$$ real fast but dont deliver for weeks! Then only ship a partial of the order. They must have Caller ID because once you call to discuss issues they put you on hold and dont pick back up return calls.

BUYER BEWARE
July 13, 2020

I should have read the reviews before placing my order. TERRIBLE customer service. I can't get through on their phone lines. When I do, they make promises they can't keep. Once they got my credit card information, I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping info. My next step is with the Better Business Bureau. Save your time and money. Buy from a reputable company. It's not worth the little savings.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
October 5, 2021

I ordered tires over the phone on monday. My car failed because of my tires. I was promised that they would be there by thursday, if not, sooner. Never got a tracking number. Call wednesday morning for a status update and was told the order was in pending. I told them to cancel my order. No refund in bank account 5 days later. Called about my refund and was told they was shipped out to my mechanic and they would have to be rejected and sent back to them for a refund. I will never deal with this establishment again.

Quick to take my money. Quick to mail "a" tire, definitely not the one I ordered. Two weeks later, I have yet to reach anyone. Emails, phone calls, Facebook messages go unanswered. Probably going to sue them. Looks like others are having the same issue.

Talked to the rep because I read bad reviews and wanted to actually know the tires were in stock and they'd ship out in a reasonable time frame. He said "tomorrow" which was pretty clear. They shipped out 5 days later.
