Nothing but lies. Said they had the tire in stock and didn't. They created a Fedex label for tracking but it didn't show any movement. Waited until "delivery date" from Fedex and called for refund. Lied again about having them in stock and then they got mad because I expressed my frustration. Said they are going to refund but I expect that's a lie also. Thankfully I paid with PayPal.
I wish I could give no stars.

Had no problem reaching anyone by phone. John was fantastic. I got the tire even earlier than promised and got the best price I found. John was also very quick to text to me when I had a question. I have no complaints. They are one of the few places that had the tire I was looking for.

Either online tires has drastically changed or the people complaining are a small part of the overall picture. I ordered 4 tires Sunday night at a fabulous price (savings over a $100 and I researched at least 25 sites, local and online). On Monday morning, I changed my mind and upgraded to a better tire. I called OT and the agent was very helpful. All the agents I talked to knew what they were doing, gave me all the information I needed, and were very nice. This agent changed the order, billed PAYPAL the difference, and said I would have a tracking order within 48 hours. Sure enough, I called 48 hours later (Wednesday) and got a tracking order that showed the tires would be delivered to my door on Saturday. Saturday morning, the tires arrived at my house. Everything went very smoothly and OT could not have done anything to make the experience more pleasant, even with me changing the order on them. I guarantee you all of my tire purchases in the future will be with OT.

Thank goodness for reviews when I seen they have more 1 star reviews then any other I decided to read them carefully. And iam very glad I did because you all saved me from ordering 4k worth of tires and wheels I was ready to pull the trigger to, thank you so much iam so happy I DID NOT.

They sold me tires that had a bubble in it after it was mounted. They claim no responsibility to send me another one and even had the audacity to say it must have been damaged during installation. Obviously, there is no way of knowing of a bubble if it has not been mounted but their incompetent costumer service team and Kelly don't seem to comprehend that. The "owner" says i have to call the manufacturer! Imagine that. WTF is this. I'm going to leave bad reviews all over the place and will be contacting BBB as well. NEVER AGAIN WIll they have my business and i'll post bad reviews anywhere i can.

Customer services is great until they got my money. Then when i encountered an issue with the rim and tire i had ordered that was due to a miscommunication and lack of information on the different options for offsets. Never once was i told there were multiple offset choices for this one style of rim. Sent me a replacement rim which was wrong and wouldn't exchange it for the right one.

I ordered a tire on July 3 and received a fedex tracking # indicating a delivery date of 7/9/21.
The Tracking # was not a valid # on the Fedex website. After trying to contact ONLINE tires.com through the Walmart.com website where I placed the order Online tires. Com responded on July 9 that they did not have the tire. So I had waited six days for them to tell me this. The tire showed as available on the online tire website on 7/9, so why they lied to me I do not know. I ask for a full refund and as of 7/14 they had not started the refund process yet. Beware do not use this company

I Ordered a set of tires waited a week was told they were out of stock. Then was asked would I pick another cess which I did. And waited another week and a 1/2 ended up calling them to find out they were not available either asked for a 3rd such and no luck. Asked to speak To a manager but was always at lunch. Put a review on Facebook had a manager responds that they will try and make this right and nobody ever contact me back. This tire store is not work buying from by tyreke Hey a little bit more money and get what you Order. Stay away from online tires.com

Called in and Talked to John M he was very helpful and found the tires I was looking for right away. I was ordering these tires for my father so when I needed to call and get his CC number John was very understanding and held the tires for me. He even went as far as sending me a text with his personal line so I didnt have to wait on hold when I called back. I would give John and Onlinetires.com a 5/5 any day. I will be ordering all my tires from them in the future.
