Called in and Talked to John M he was very helpful and found the tires I was looking for right away. I was ordering these tires for my father so when I needed to call and get his CC number John was very understanding and held the tires for me. He even went as far as sending me a text with his personal line so I didnt have to wait on hold when I called back. I would give John and Onlinetires.com a 5/5 any day. I will be ordering all my tires from them in the future.

Place and order on Feb 9 (Tuesday) with Christopher. At the beginning was professional and promising that my tire was arriving within 3 business day (Friday) but had to reach customer service next day for tracking number and realize delivery was until February 15 (Monday). Stop processing orders without warranty of delivery time, stop playing with customers who depended from car parts. Not only they ship the order via FedEx Home where they save money and delay time to consumers but MISS spell my last name on the order ( If the fedex driver decides to ask for ID I am 100% f#&! Up) Not cool.

After reading many of the poor reviews of this company I was very reluctant to order from them. I was not able to find my tires anywhere else so I ordered from Onlinetires.com. I placed my order on line, which was very easy, on Monday PM, on Tuesday AM I emailed them to see if the tires were in stock and when they would be shipped. That afternoon I received a replay stating that the tires were in stock and would be going out that day. I received the tires on Thursday PM. I could not be happier with the service.

Do not order from these people, you will wait over a week for a tire that is coming from 5 hours away. I live in San Diego and ordered a tire on Friday 5/14 at 11:30am. It states on their website that orders before 11am get processed the same day. OK I understand that it won't go out that Friday but they don't process the order till Monday so I think its going out then. NOPE! With no communication or accountability for their process the tire does not get shipped till Wednesday and the only way I found out was by calling customer service to find a person David is his name who is no help and his word is gold as you cannot speak with a supervisor or anyone else about your situation. I understand that companies are spread thin but I have had to resort to numerous UBER rides for work costing $100 each way as I work 25 miles from my home. This is a company you should avoid at all costs

Someone there charged my account twice. When I tried to call, the costumer service line never picked up. Finally I tried on a friend's phone and they picked up on the first ring. The guy on the phone wouldn't believe me and wanted me to give him my account number. After 20 min he magically finds where I was charged twice. Says he giving me a refund.
Haven't seen it yet. I have the attorney general of WA State looking into it. Nothing yet. I can't seem to get my money back. One of their employees literally stole money out of my account

BMW had a flat a few months back, I was stuck and had to pay top dollar for 2 rear tires to get the car home. So now I wanted to get 2 for the front, Continental SSR Runflats. My wife drives this so with no spare I want the runflats despite the not so good handling. I always buy tires on line and have never had an issue. So I find these for $25-40 per tire cheaper than anywhere else, so I order. No email nothing in return, then I check reviews and see the bad, I get worried and call the next day, I got some one right away. Then I get a order confirmation email, the next day I get shipping via Fedex. The next day they are delivered from a warehouse close to my home, which most tires come from in this area. I was very careful to check the factory/model number not just was written on the side, Continental makes a few similar tires, I got the exact tire I needed in 3 days and save up to $80 total.

After about a week and a half I called them and asked him about my order... that's when they told me they were out of stock of the item I had orderedbut I still give them the five stars because when I called them they were helpful and understanding about me being mad about not hearing nothing about my order so what they did is told me they were out of stock of the item I ordered they replace them with a more expensive tire and ship them for the same price... if you ever order from them just follow up on your order so things can go smoothly

I ordered 2 sets of 4 tires at different times from them. Each time the payment is accepted and nothing is mentioned that the specific tire brand is out of stock. When I bought from them the first time, they called and offered something different instead. The second time they did not even bother contacting me and I was just waiting for the tires. Finally I called them and same story again, they do not have my brand of tires, instead they offer something else. Also when i called they kept putting me on hold and couldn't find my order. They are a waste of time!

Hey whoever is reading this, This company is a great company to work with. THEY ARE LEGIT! Based out of Los Angeles CA. I order my tires last Monday and they delivered with 3 days. Im extremely happy with the tires I got. Chris was the sales rep I spoke with he gave me a great deal on Michelin tires with a 80k warranty. And very efficient and fast customer service especially in these times of a pandemic.

I was going to buy from this company (onlinetires.com) for a set of Riken Raptor ZR tires, but after reading a lot of bad reviews on this company I decided against it and got summit racing to price match and they did without any problem and I know summit racing is a good company do deal with and I got my tires in 2-3 days. I would stay away from this company as there are a lot of bad reviews. I tried to call them a couple of times but got a machine instead. If you can get other company with the same tire to price match I would. This is just not a company I would trust.
