I've purchased tires from this company for years now, and there has rarely been issues. When there is a problem, they make things right! John was extremely helpful this last time, thank you so much!

Ive shopped with onlinetires multiple times in the past. The website this time around was giving me a hard time on mobile and pc. It wouldnt allow me to fully process my order. I continued to try because I realize its the cheapest place to get quality tires but after a few mobile and pc tries I had to call and place a phone order which isnt all that bad, but its just an extra step I had to take when the website shouldve been smoother and easier. Order over the phone however was fairly quick and easy. Made up for the online experience.

I called today and spoke with John Munguia, and I have to say that he has the BEST customer service I have experienced in quite a long time! 5-Starts for John, I highly recommend him. He is thorough and confirms all the information that he received from me.

Their website is easy to navigate and find what I wanted, but wanted to speak to someone to confirm stock, and I am sure glad I got to speak with John. He is a great representative for this company.

Do not order from this company, once you place the order on-line you are on your own. Called several times and of course no answer, have emailed them on their website link and no response. Steps taken:
1- Placed order on website.
2- Paid with Credit Card and the amount was charged within a couple of hours.
3- Confirmation of order via email and with Fedex tracking number.
4- Nine days later NO RESPONSE by phone or email,
5- Fedex tracking is still showing order pending for pick up. The delivery day has changed from August 8th to unknown at this time.
Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company.
Next step is to cancel order some how, Call CC company and have them cancel the purchase and issue a credit. Report this to the Better Business Bureau

DON'T BUY TIRES HERE! In my experience I purchased two tires of their website. A few days later i received a voice message from their customer service department stating that the tires i ordered were no longer available and that i will be issued a refund. So long story short, I got my refund ONLY because i threatened them with a lawsuit.

Lots of fake reviews here. Be careful there are no warranties. Their inventory is not "live". When they called me to inform me that the tires I ordered were not in stock, I swithced to off-brand chinese tires, which weren't cheap: bait and switch. The tires I purchased were defective. When I called it sounded like a call center in Asia. When they answered I thought I called the wrong number. But they have other websites. Americaswheel.com and onlinewheelsdirect.com. My credit card was compromised after I purchased from onlinetires.com. I picked my tires up from their warehouse in La Mirada. They gave me a coupon to have my tires installed at their store American Tire Depot. Poor customer service... all-in-all a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

I feel like a current review needs to be done for this company seeing as how the majority of what I have found was a few years old. Most of them were pretty bad reviews, many of them mentioning that the out of stock items are rarely, if ever, updated to reflect the current information. This lead to a communication breakdown with those buyers and the company, causing the buyer to sit around afraid that they got "it" stuck to them. Knowing this, I called ahead to see if they had the tires I was looking for in stock. Rep told me they did not, and it would be about 2 weeks until I should expect to see the tires at my door step. Phone was answered quickly, rep was honest and courteous, and they still had the best deal I could find on what I was looking for with a great shipping rate. So I went for it.
2 days later I got a shipping notice from UPS saying that they received 4 packages.
6 days later including (Saturday and Sunday,) all 4 of the tires (correct) were sitting at my door step.
Bottom line, for anyone who is easily scared away by negative reviews. My experience was GREAT. I will buy again.

Switch and bait and no refund. These people refuse to give me refund on two orders unless I buy substitute tires. Holding me hostage for $600. Scam! Read other reviews with similar scheme.

Do not purchase anything from these scumbags they will take your money and wont send send you $#*!
Just read the reviews there are thousands of victims like me who ordered and paid for tires they never send some says they received none matching damaged wrong tires after six even months and they will never cancel your order if you ask, ones they got your money they will send you a fake tracking number and you could be spending hours and hours calling them you will get no where they wont answer your call neither respond to any email you send them, Just stay away from those SCUMBAGS_onlinescum.com,, they are bunch of thieves ripping off people.
