I ordered my tires from them and a day later tony got back to me letting me know that they were on backorder and he had tried to find them elsewhere but it was unsuccessful, so he helped me get a different set that I liked ordered and was very quick about it, I really appreciate him genuinely wanting to help me out and I will be recommending them and tony to everyone I know

1/ all tires are always in stock on their web site! (IT IS A LIE!)
2/ even if you call before placing order they will tell you "yes go ahead we have them in stock " - THEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!
3/ Within 24 hours you receive a message asking you to call them back because your product is in back order 6 weeks or more
4/ and here is where "Crooks" come into play... once you call they will try to sell you "Cheaper" Brand at higher PRICES!
5/ and you will have to fight! I mean seriously fight to get Money back - full refund

They will not answer the phone and there is no voicemail so you can't even leave a message. I was sent someone else's tracking number. Been nearly 3 weeks still no tires and I spent over $1900.

I ordered a set of BF Goodrich tires in April 2021, and purchased from On Line Tires ONLY because they advertised a $70 rebate on a set of four. Well, the tires arrived ok, but when I tried to submit my rebate to BF Goodrich, they informed me that On Line Tires was not an authorized dealer and they were not honoring the rebate. On Line Tires gave me a run around about it, and finally I just gave up. So I'm out $70 and a lot of time and aggravation trying to secure what should have been my rebate, AS PROMISED. This is what BF Goodrich sent me, in response to my rebate inquiry: "The offer is for valid tire purchases made at participating dealers. The dealer indicated on your redemption did not participate in this promotion on the date of purchase." My advice: shop elsewhere.

Made a purchase of tires from website...
A "bubble" appeared on the profile of one I had mounted on front of car within 8 days of mounting and well within their guarantee claim of 45-days on website.
I approached the company (I mean this is a safety issue) and began seeking to replace the tire.
My experience was (3) separate communications from them defending the manufactures warranty (which did nothing) or the fine print of their own company.
Ultimately I made it to a "supervisor" (Blake... sorry bud, but you need to keep working on your skills) who ultimately didn't understand my frustrations that at no point no one offered to help me purchase another tire... he tried referring me back to the website while he had me on the phone (path of least resistance I guess).
In the end I ended paying 1/3 the total (they didn't offer anything on shipping) for 1-tire of what I did for (4) in the original purchase.
Oneclicktire.com... you may have decent prices but your customer service needs a little help!

Do not buy tires from this website, most of their tires are defective, they will get out of balance and you will have to expend more money on a new set because their return police sucks, I just learn my lesson DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. onlinetires.com

John just disconnected during a telephone abruptly me once more when I said that I wouldn't submit a price match for the third time and that I had been told twice, including this morning and twice last week, that the information will be forwarded to him, who is in charge of confirming the competitor's price.
So, I'll be added to the list of customers who have left poor reviews because of this continuous bad treatment. No wonder this company is losing 73% of their money. Not sure how you continue in business, and soon with these reps who either need training or detest their job. This is my third try as a customer to purchase here.

This is the second time I've called your sales team this week about buying new tires, and each time I asked a few more questions, the line was suddenly disconnected.
If your salespeople aren't clear what they're selling, they could be in the wrong industry.
Many customers will value their feedback, and often follow their recommendations. If they want to hurry up if we cannot make the purchase immediately while looking at options, and feedback, this will turn many of us off.
I've previously ordered tires from here, and was looking for a new set for a family member and given the poor service, I'll look into other online tire sellers. I just wanted to point it out.
Also, there was a request to change my old password, and that has been unsuccessful.

I ordered two sets of tires on a Sunday. I had not received any information from them by Tuesday so I called, based on information on other reviews, to make sure the tires I had ordered were in stock and expected to ship on time. I was told there was no problems and to "expect a tracking number by 6:00pm". Of course, nothing. I called back the following day "expect a tracking number by 6:00pm", again nothing. I called back the third time and upon making reference to the previous two calls I was told I would get an email immediately with tracking information. I did in fact get emails but they were nothing more than notice of them creating the shipping labels, not physically shipping them. So, they eventually arrived. I have so far only mounted one set and of the (4) tires one had a bulge in the sidewall. I had it dismounted and there was a very clean edge split in the bead that could not have possibly been caused by any of the mounting equipment, which I watched being done. Of course Onlinetires.com blamed the tire store that mounted them, apparently Onlinetires.com years of tire experience supersedes the laws of physics. To be frank, it is such a shady outfit it I was not exactly surprised. So as usual nowadays the customer takes the hit. This place sells "old stock" tires and offers very poor customer service so it's a lose-lose for the consumer. You can find most if not all the tires they offer elsewhere for only a few more dollars and I would suggest paying that in hopes of having a better experience.
I ordered 4 tires with Online Tires through the phone with one of the company's sales persons, making sure that if for any reasons I have to return the tires, will not be charged for shipping, and he assured me that there will be no charges for the returns at all. I requested to ship the tires to my mechanic shop, and in my surprise they sent the tires with no covers and loose. They shipped 3 of them together, and the last one came a week after. Waiting for two weeks, when I went to my mechanic shop to install them, the surface of the tires looked that much bad, that putting them on my car looked a great liability to take risks. I called the company to request a return label, they asked me to make it on their website. I did the request, but they did not issue the label till I called them again six days later, and they refused to issue the label, unless I am going to pay for the shipment myself. After 3 weeks, the tires are still in my mechanic shop with no solution in sight. Do not do business with this company, as you will greatly be disappointed.
John was the representative that was assigned to me. And he was really helpful throughout the process. He was very helpful. And the tires cane super fast.
I'm glad I didn't visit the reviews before I ordered. I normally do review but I was so excited they had my tires. However I'm glad I ordered through this company because my experience was GREAT! FYI ONLY
I will say they have fair deals but if you have a issue don't expect it to be handled professionally. I have called numerous times to be told its being handled and they will call me back and also send and email to that effect. No supervisor is ever available and but they just say the same thing likes they are reading a script. They claim to be in California but I think there call center is over seas in the Philippines. I had called a few weeks ago and was told a new tire will be sent and I will get conformation of it within 2 hrs... LIES. That day I thought ok they seem to be taking care of the matter so I ordered another set of tires for another vehicle I have, if I'd knew they were lying to me I would've taken my business elsewhere. After 6 plus calls Im hoping today they are not lying to me about sending me the lost tire which has already been paid for. Sadly I have to hope they are doing the what they say. Today I left a message on the supervisor voicemail, lets see if I even get a call back. I doubt it!
Purchased 2 Cooper Cobra tires from Online Tires. Com in June. The day after the tires were installed, One tire showed a large bulge on the sidewall. Had the tire dismounted and it has a defect, split in the bead area not caused by mounting the tire. Have conversed with several managers and agents at Online Tires and was told I was getting a full refund for the bad tire after sending them pictures of the defect. Now 3 months later, several emails and several phone calls they are saying they will not cover the price of the defective tire they sold me. Very poor customer service. I have been lied to about the refund, emails not responded to in weeks. Can't think of a worse company to do business with. They will tell you 1 thing and then change their mind a couple of weeks later. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM ONLINETIRES.COM. If you can't get any customer service on a defective item, you should pay a little more from a reputable company that will stand behind their product. onlinetires.com and Cooper Tires won't help you at all if there is a problem.
BUYER BEWARE, I'M OUT $220. I oredered tires, they emailed to say they were 6-8 weeks backordered, THEY WON'T GIVE MY MONEY BACK, AND PAYPAL WON'T HELP! Paypal said I don't have enough info such as order # or tracking #. How could I have these if there's not an order because they don't have the tires? They stated in their own email that they don't answer the phone or return emails, so now what?!?!? I guess lesson learned. I don't know who wrote the other post, but it turned my stomach. Please don't make the mistake I made.
