I bought 2 tires from them only received 1 tire and the 1 tire I received came in with a ripped bead been trying to call them to see if I can get my money back and no one answers
Went on eBay to get a rim son how receive the wrong bolt size work with a guy name Nikko best customer service ever help get a new rim order the rim and allow me to drive and pick my rim came out and got the old rim and put the new in the car and wrote me later to make sure it fit and on that Monday wrote me to make sure that it was ok best customer service ever need more people like I offered him lunch his respond was no thank you I'm here to help customers
This entire company is a sham and a joke and VERY SHADY. My husband and I are looking into court if we don't receive our refund ASAP. It's been about 3 weeks now and we haven't received our 570 DOLLAR refund for "out of stock" wheels that were of course conventiently out of stock AFTER our money was taken. We received one email saying our order was cancelled and we should receive the refund any day now. That was at the beginning of this fun little journey. Now it's been 2 weeks since our last response from them and we sure have emailed them a lot. I'm about fed up with this BS. I will be taking this to court if that money is not back by the end of the week. This is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly urge you to never buy from this company. I'm getting my money back one way or another, come hell or high water. But why make the trouble for yourself? STAY THE HECK AWAY. If I could rate -10 I would. Worst company I've ever done business with. Pathetic. I will post this as many places I can to warn others. No one deserves this. I hope your company gets run into the ground, AFTER I get my damn money back.

I read the reviews after I submitted my order for 2 Toyo tires. I was real nervous after I read them but I had no reason to be. My tires arrived within 3 days just as ordered. I will buy again.
You guys NEED TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION on their disclaimer's Policy, yes I agree on both negative and positive side of this website situation. Please guys this is a very simple understanding, most of you are pissed of and upset and not knowing exactly how their operating system works. Yes they are cheap and yes they can potentially get the tires for you if they can. However NO ONE can beat their prices that is the bottom line. READ their disclaimer's policy, there inventory always shifts ever 24hrs. Im telling you this if you want a good deal you need to be $#*!en patience.

I placed my order online so lucky for me I have the right size tires unlike some of the other complaints I'm reading on here... After that it went downhill 48 hours later I was supposed to be able to pick my tires at after 72 hours they still haven't processed my order and said that they might come in that night or the next day so I called the next morning to see if my tires were in the people at will-call are just plain stupid I know I've been talking to that guy several times the same guy and he said your tires are going to be until either Friday night or Monday and I said if I don't have my tires by the end of the day I'm canceling my $900 order. So I hung up and wrote a nasty email with all kinds of explanation marks and I got a call back saying that my tires actually came in the night before and that they will call didn't know what they were talking about... So I show up to pick up my tires it is so disorganized nobody knows what's going on... I think they actually just hired people off the curbside as day laborer to work there... So I said hey do you guys sell all terrain vehicle tires because on their website it shows that they do and a guy goes oh yeah we have a couple of brands of those just go in and talk to sales. I went in there to talk to sales and they're like oh we don't sell those tires so can you say idiot oh yeah idiots! Why I thought about walking the line twice with this company is beyond me I just turned around and walked out the door... I don't care if I did save $12 per tire cheaper than anybody else I won't buy from this company again they really do suck

I was looking to buy a new set of tires and I look all over the internet and almost every place I got a quote from it was like $130 dollars more and after I looking over again I found online tires be the cheapest and by looking the reviews honestly I was a little be skeptical to get tires from them but anyway after I read them notice almost most of the reviews had nothing to do with their ability to get you cheapest tires so I decide to give them a try and pay off even tho I'm from Illinois and OLT is in California I was expecting the tires a week from the date that I order them. The tires were at my door step the next day amazing good place to order tires if is what you looking for
I ordered tires on feb 9,2011 no body will call me can't find the web site now sat on the phone for 1 hour and gives me the run around BBB gave them a F I wish I would have done more research on this so called company I have contacted a lawyer on this and now Iam warning everybody on this place STAY AWAY AND BEWARE THE COMPANY NAME IS AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT!
Seeing the mixed reviews I was somewhat put off to ordering from here but with the best prices around, I had to give them a chance. I was looking for a tire that has been on backorder for a couple of months now, everywhere locally they were sold out and no word on when they would be getting more. I called OnlineTires in advance to check if they had them in stock before placing my order. My call was answered quickly and the rep I had talked to was very helpful. He was able to confirm with me that he had a pair of the backordered tire I was looking for and provided me with a shipping quote. I then ordered it through their website (wanted to pay through Paypal hence I didn't order over the phone). I received a confirmation email right away, the next day I received an email stating they created a shipping order for my tires through FedEx, and then the next day I received the tires at my house. Overall I am very happy with the price/customer service with my first buying experience from OnlineTires.com. I placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon and received my tires Thursday afternoon (shipping was fast due to both of us being located in CA).

I received what I believe is terrible customer service. Ordered tires Saturday and was told they would ship out Tuesday. When I called Tuesday evening to check on tracking I was told that the order was placed and tires on the way but tracking was not updated yet and the warehouse was closed. The agent assured me she would update me Wednesday with a tracking number. Wednesday came and went and nothing...
I called back Thursday and asked again, she said she would check and we were disconnected. So I called back on Friday and got the same agent, I asked again. She said she would check and put me on hold for awhile. When she came back she said that she didn't have tracking information but the tires show they were shipped. I reiterated the need for tracking information immediately because she had promised to follow up on Tuesday and not come through. She told me she emailed them and they didn't respond and asked me to wait until Monday for more information.
I responded by reminding her that she promised she would call them on Wednesday and not email and she corrected her story. Then I demanded she get me tracking information or cancel my order and she said she could not because it had already shipped. I again asked for tracking information as proof, she wasn't able to provide it, so I asked again for tracking info or cancelation. She said she would "try to cancel it" and hung up on me.
When I called back a gentleman answered the phone and was just as unhelpful. I have an order placed and cannot get my tires and have to wait days to get a refund. In my opinion this is a terrible company.
I needed tires really bad. I was a little skeptical after reading so many bad reviews with only a few good reviews. I went ahead and called them to place my order. The C. S. R. Dan, that helped me was easy to work with. I told him what tires I was looking, he checked if they were in stock (which they were not) so I asked him to check a different tire brand they were not in stock as well. He told me the next tire that was available, which turned out to be only a few dollars more than the original tires I wanted. So I ordered them. Dan said I would receive a tracking number on monday (I placed my order on a friday). Monday morning I called to see where the tracking number was, they told me i would get it by 6pm pst. I received the tracking number at 430pm Monday after noon. The tires were shipped fedex. FedEx tracking said e. T. a. Was Friday Feb 13. My tires were delivered to my door Friday the 13th. My tires were brand new with stickers still on them.

I will start with the bad. I made a purchase for tires through onlinetires on eBay. They shipped fast, but the wrong tires arrived. It could have been an honest mistake, as they sent the older version of what I ordered and the name is almost identical. They then waited until the absolute last minute to send me shipping labels to return them. I then had to wait another week to get a refund. Now to the good news. After getting my refund I went online and found an even better deal on the tires I wanted. It was such a good deal I ordered them immediately. It was through onlinetires.com and at that point I still hadn't made the connection that it was the same place I made the first purchase from through eBay. After making my order I began to read all the horrible reviews and got worried. They charged my card instantly. The next morning I received a FedEx notification that a label had been created. Then nothing happened, so I thought I just got screwed too. The next day I got a FedEx notification (still nothing from onlinetires) that the tires had been picked up in the same city I live in ( in Texas). We have a couple of tire wholesale warehouses, so I assume onlinetires just drop ships them. Needless to say since they shipped from a local warehouse, I had the correct tires in hand by 9:30am the next day. So to some it up; I got the tires for half the price of anywhere else, I ordered them at 11:30pm on Monday and had them in hand by 9:30am on Thursday, and the correct ones arrived.
Had my tires in 5 days! Brand new tires, with stickers. No signs of age or wear. Cheapest price on the internet.
I placed an order with them on Monday morning, rushing through the process because I wanted the tires ordered fast. I didnt see all the bad reviews until after I placed the order, and it really worried me. I emailed the company the same night (Monday) just to confirm that the tires were in stock and the order was being processed. No answer. Emailed them Tuesday, again... No answer. Now I was worried, they took my money right away but no answers in emails, no contact from the company besides the initial order confirmation. Wednesday morning I checked me email and I recieved a "Tracking Update" from FedEx. The tires were set for Delivery on Saturday, shipping from Cali. I was so happy! And I looked at the tracking update page and realized that Monday afternoon the company had send the shipment information to FedEx for PickUp. So the same day that I ordered, the company sent a request for pickup and delivery of my tires. Fast, quick, easy process. Their customer service isnt great, but the company is legit, and cheaper than many other places.
Ordered a set of tires for $470 and a week later got an email saying they have them on back order. They told me give it 2 more weeks then they will have them. A month later still nothing so i canceled the orders. 2 more weeks went buy and i didnt get my money. Went to the bank and they said they cant do anything about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY LIE AND STEAL FROM PAYING CUSTOMERS!
