Crooks didn't cancel order 5 minutes after ordering won't take back and says I'm out of luck good luck

After reading various reviews on this company most not too good I decided to call to order my tires as many reviews have mentioned problems with ordering on line. The gentleman that took my order had to wait a very long time to check on the tires (said it was computer problems) and then told me they did not have them it stock and been back ordered for a long time. (where have I heard that before). Tires were Bridgestone S-04 Pole Position for rear 350z 235/50-17 #2. When I told him that the website said they were available he said that their website doesn't keep up on what is in stock (?). WHen I said that was strange and that there have been other problems reported with the company he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with Jonathan (from other posts it was mentioned that he was good to go to. I called a seperate number (seperate company) and talked with him but no go. He said his company had such a large inventory of tires that their online inventory system couldn't keep track of it. I will have to side with most others on this company. BUYER BEWARE.

The ordering process was ok. The reason I say it was ok because I wanted to place my order with a live representative and couldn't because they said that I have to place my order online which I thought was kind of weird. So I placed my order and it didn't mention anywhere that once I place my order it doesn't ship for two days which I believe is ridiculous... so you take my money and then you wait 48hrs to ship my product. I called before placing my order to make sure before spending any money that I was not getting old tires and the representative I spoke to said they sell only tires that are 6 months to a year old and I said great. I called a day later and ordered another tire from Leonardo Garcia and he was able to put my second tire with the first so they both ship at the same time so I believe he did an amazing job getting that done. But the ultimate reason for my 1 star review is because once I received my tires they were from 2012 on the DOT so they were 6 years old which I was furious about so be careful ordering tires from this company because they blatantly lie to get the sale and I find that disgusting and I would never order tires from them again... ever!

NO IM SORRY YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LOWEST PRICES ON THE WEB. I FOUND SEVERAL OTHER ONLINE TIRE PLACES THAT HAVE CHEAPER TIRES.

BE WARE! They don't even deserved 1 star. I placed an order on 8/17/21. They gave me the tracking #, but when I tracked it, it only showed that the label was created, nothing else. So I called them. They said there was an issue with the shipment. Therefore, they gave me another tracking #. Again, it showed that label was created, but nothing else. I called them and emailed them. They replied back on 9/9/21 acknowledged that there was a problem in shipment and asked if I want to wait to reprocess. I told them no, and I wanted my money back. No response after that. On 9/28, got an email saying that they want to confirm that I already received my tire. I told them that I did not received it, and I wanted a refund. They did not give me a refund, so I've decided to file dispute through my credit card company. The resolution came back today saying that because I canceled the order, the dispute was invalid. I'm taking the next step to continue with this dispute. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE A SCAMMERS!
