On April 16,2021 Order #**************, ordered Two tires, today is April 24 and still "On Delay", my credit card was already charged with more than $300.00 for that order, but is not it I hava a second order for another two tire of the same brand and model, see below.
April 19,2021 Order #**************. Ordered two Tires thru Wal-Mart online and shipped wrong ones, Wal-Mart won't take them for return, I had to contact Wal-Mart's tires seller which is OnlineTires.com, I received an email on Thursday asking me to send receipt, order number and photos of the tires, which I did, they supposed to get back with me within 48 hours, they did not, I tried to reach them by calling on Saturday but they are closed weekends, Wal-Mart could not do anything about it and I am still trying to get in touch with OnlineTires.com customer service to initiate a return, it's very frustrating dealing with this kind of situation after waiting a week for shipping and delivery plus I don't know how much longer I need to wait to get tires returned so I can get refund or the right tires to be reshipped. Ordered Pirelli Scorpion Verde and sent me Pirelli Cinturato P7 which even being the same size, physically are a little taller and wider.

I ordered 4 tires a week ago from them, and they still haven't arrived. On their website it says that the tires should be there in 1 to 3 business days, but that's a lie. And my order wasn't even shipped to the state that it was supposed to be shipped to. I put a city in Indiana on my order, but once I got the tracking number, I tracked the order and the order was shipped to somewhere in Florida. I had to call the customer service people because they never sent me an email telling me the tracking number, I called them 3 times. First time I called customer service was to get the tracking info, they said they would email me the tracking info but never did, and this first call was 4 days after I ordered my tires. So, next day I called them again because I still didn't have the tracking info, and this time they actually emailed me the tracking info, so I hang up and look into the tracking info. Come to find out, the order isn't even shipping to me, its shipping to some city in Florida. So, I call them back the same day as the second call and tell them that the order is shipping to the wrong address and they tell me that they will look into it and try to fix it. It's the next day and the order is still going to Florida and not to my address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I think that they are a scam company and if they aren't then they are a really sucky company that has horrible customer service.

2 months and my 4th tire has yet to be delivered. Customer service sucks. Don't waste your time with them.

I ordered 4 Goodyear tires, two in one size (for the fronts) and two in another size for the rears. They gave me a price which was good. Once I got the email showing they had been ordered the price was higher. Chris (the salesman I worked with) failed to mention that $75.00 of it would come off in the form of a rebate. I wasn't happy with that since he never told me but I'll let it slide. He says he already filled it out for me and submitted it. Okay. The two front tires show up but no rears. I called and left a message. 2 days later I get an email from Goodyear stating the rebate was filled out wrong. I called Chris, and he said to forward him the email and my receipt and he will correct it. 2 days later I get another email from Goodyear stating that it is still not corrected. I called Chris and emailed him and no answer. This was Wed 8/11 and today is 8/14 and still no answer. On 8/13 I get another front tire, so now I have 3 front tires and no rears. I called Chris again, and it goes right to voicemail. I called customer service 9 times before someone answers. I spoke with "David" and I tell him what is going on and to just send me a return label for the three tires. I was over at this point. They can't get the rebates done right, so there is a very good chance I'll be screwed out of the $75.00 and they can't even send the right tires out, or return any calls. He says he will send me the return label as soon as we get off the phone. You guessed it. No return label. I called again and spoke to "Kameel", and she said that the return label will be issued in 24 hours. Still nothing. It gets better. I come home today with a 4th front tire! Yup. I have 4 tires the same size when my invoice clearly shows that there should be two of one size and two of another. So, now I have to call back on Monday to see if I get an answer, and hopefully get the return labels or I'll contact my CC company and get it taken care of through them. I will not be screwed out of over $1,200.00

Trash... order from www.speedytire.com... this not paid... they just have trustworthy customer service.

A one star doesn't even describe how horrible this place is! My tires are low profile so I couldn't just go to a tire place to get my tires changed. So, I went online to find some tires that fit my car and could get here quick. Ordered the tires 225.35. R20 on a Friday and needed them fast because I was going on a trip. When ordered the delivery date says 1-3 days! Which is what I needed because I needed them ASAP. Once they took my money they never processed anything until the next week and said my tires would take 3-5! The whole reason I chose them is for the quickness yet once they toook my money they say it'll be a week! My delivery date was the NXT Friday. So, that Monday I called to get a refund because I didn't need them if it's not gonna get here I'd go elsewhere. They refused to give me my money back! To improvise I would have fedex leave my package at the closest pickup facility and I'd come get them in order to get the tires faster. ONLINE TIRES LOCKED MY SHIPPING! They refused to unlock it to where I could get my package even tho it was my money! So I had no choice but to wait until Friday. They got there that Friday morning so I coouldnt leave for my trip until Friday. Check the tires and THEY SENT THE WRONG ONES! My rims are r20s they sent r14ss NOT EVEN CLOSE
