Onlinetires.com had the prices on the tires I wanted by far, but didn't have good reviews. I took a chance on them and found that the price was real (no hidden handling charges or anything), and I got a shipping/tracking email within a day (They told me within 48 hours).
There was a hiccup from there, though... the original email said I could expect the tires 4 days later, but after 2 days it had still not shipped. I never successfully reached a customer service associate by phone, and the website didn't give me any specific information... so I started to worry.
The next day provided tracking info that said the order did start to ship, and from there on there were no problems. All told, it took a little over a week to get the tires, and they were in good shape and exactly what I wanted. You won't be happy if you're in a hurry, but if you're patient, you will be happy.

They claim overnight frieght. It took over a week and they wouldn't accept a return after I had to buy elsewhere to get my car back on the road. Now they won't even answer the phone or reply to messages. This place is full of cons. Run dont walk to Discount Tire or Tire Rack. They are reputable and interested in your satisfaction.

I ordered two tires from here and I'm on the east coast. The tires came from the west coast. They delivered one and charged me for two. Still pending with no response or delivery date. Do not order from there

I placed my order and received a confirmation email but two weeks later I still haven't gotten them. They haven't even processed my payment. So I gave them a call just to check the order status, the guy I spoke to was clueless and I was supposed to get a call back from Josh in "10-15 minutes". I called back 2 hrs later, because I never received a call, and spoke to Elisa. She was clueless also and TOLD me to hold, she didn't ask or even inform me why I was holding. Some other guy Edgar got on the phone and treated me like I was a hassle and this situation was my fault. He said "A lot of customers think that if they could add it to their cart then they can order them.". NO CRAP, there was nothing on the site saying this item is out of stock, of course I'm going to think its available. His tone and comment was over the top, I didn't even need to speak to him as I had already decided to cancel my order. He just made me want to share my experience.

Ordered a set of tires from this company, they called me 2 days later tires not avaliable had to choose other tires. Started investigating a bit there telephone number online does not work, better business bureau has many complaints about them. Finally called the woman's number that called me not the number online made many attempts to contact online and email no response. Finally called this woman cancelled my order 5 days later no refund and can't contact them anyway would not buy anything from this company terrible customer service

Ordered through amazon. These idiots had a great price up and i hit place your order. Couple days later i get an email saying the reason for the great price is because they had a glitch in there system. I had a great deal, then as i was waiting on them to arrive, they changed the price and now i either pay a crazy expensive price with a whopping 10 percent discount-oh wait that is expired, or i try and get 300 bucks back. Idk how ill do that

I purchase two tires to find out a week later they didn't have them. When i called to check the guy said they sent me a email to inform me they wouldn't be getting the tire back in for a few months, keep in mind i check spam and didn't find that email anywhere. The guy told me he give me a hook up for an extra $4.38... after wasting a week of my time then to penny pinch me i ask for a refund. I saved money going getting two name brand tires from sears, "Don't forget you buy them from the store free mounting and balancing. Buy them from an outsider and take them to get put on and you better add another $35 per tire. Online tires i uses for the last few years they cheap china tires that don't last long. Trust me get yourself some good name brands unless it doesn't rain where you live

I called today, because I placed an order for ******* $120.43,2 tires, April6. No notice what happened in my order after a couple of weeks, I called there customer service and just found out that they can't provide the tires... one were bad... etc, etc. Offered other brand and will advise later... waste of time... poor customer service. Will find out what I will get. I will never shop here again!

I called today, because I place an order for R888s $1220 in tires. FedEx delayed my package and asked FedEx if I can pick up from the local FedEx location. FedEx told me I need authorization from online tires.com. I called there customer service and were absolutely no help... waste of time... poor customer service. Will never shop here again.

Ok so I order a set of tires on February 1st, 2021 at 5am. Realized I ordered the wrong size called as soon as customer service opened and told them to cancel the order because I ordered the wrong tires and of course they sent the tires anyway so I would have to pay for return shipping. They worst customer service. Stay clear of this place

I ordered a set (4) of tires from Online Tires In October of 2021. I received the order in approximately 5 days, which I was satisfied with the shipping time. The problem was I only shipped (3) tires. I have FED EX delivering the (3) tires to my residence on video. I have sent multiple emails and contact forms to Online Tires with NO response. It has been (3) weeks now, and I have still not received a response from this company. They provide terrible customer service and I warn others when ordering.

I placed an order with then because they had the best price guarantee and fast shipping, (1-3 days). One the order was placed I received an order confirmation stating such. The next day I received tracking stating I would receive my order the weekend. Monday after not receiving my order I called and inquired about delivery. Customer service stated they were researching and would get back with me. After no receiving any response after 2 days I called again and went through the same process. 3 weeks later still going through process. Speedy, I think not and no one can provide me with shipping information. I was also advised, due to not being able to locate my order, another order would be shipped with new tracking, No confirmation, no order, and now I can't get them on the phone.

Placed order on tires that were in stock. Received email that tires had shipped the next day with tracking number. When you check tracking on FedEx, the tires have not left the facility. Cannot get a hold of a person in customer service or tracking. Finally, only way to get a live person is to select option for new order and after some digging, the tires never left their facility and had I not called, they would have never shipped them. Still waiting to see if they get shipped.
