I've bought 6 tires from onlinetire.com. I have a 2016 Porsche Macon I've twice have now been fighting about the road hazzard warranty claim that they are once again not honoring. They claim the DOT is not correct. This is BS once again. The back and front tires are different sizes. They clearly know this and I have made it known to them. I submitted pics of the tires, 20 of them the first time and again I just submitted 8 pics from this claim and they stated that the Dot is not correct. So, this time there getting hauled into small claims court. They should be shut down because I'm sure I'm not the only customer getting ripped off. I couldn't submit pics for some reason on this website. Stay away from online tires.com

Fraud. Needs fined and shut down in my opinion. This company seems to be affiliated with American Tire depot and ATV inc from the Philippines. I have to cancel my credit card after this is over because they are so dishonest. We don't need companies like that in America. Everyone should File with the FTC and state of California to end this abuse. I bought in stock tires, a shipping label was created, but the tires were never sent This went on for a month almost and 12 hours on hold. STAY AWAY!

Ordered two tires for my daughter away at college (another state) the only confirmation I received was an email to rate their service, no order number, tracking number, anything? It has been a few days and I called just to make sure and they said the tires were out of stock? Guess the quantity listed as in stock on their site was wrong, great site maintenance. The operator that answered my call acted like I was inconveniencing her, when I asked how she was doing today... crickets. To bad as I was going to order 4 more for our car because the prices were pretty good. NEVER will they get a chance for my business. DO NOT try to waste your money here. Google the size of your tire and look at reviews, unfortunately I did not this time. They say my refund would happen 24-48 hours, they had better hope so.

Worst experience ever ordered tires got a tracking # that was 2 days prior to my order called sevral times no one knows anything and cant get a manager after 3 hour hold, i strongly do not recommend to anyone. Look at there other feed back. I wish i would of. Still waiting on a refund.

While I'll agree with other reviewers that customer service could be better (I was a little nervous I didn't get confirmation of my order until after 5 unsuccessful phone calls and 2 e-mails), my car brand specific, high performance tires arrived at my east coast home just 5 days after ordering and in perfect condition. Moreover, the price was much better than from other retailers. Maybe Covid-19 related staffing problems are causing customer support issues? I don't know. Regardless, Onlinetires.com seems able to deliver on the goods that count most and I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

For literally half the price of 2 comparable tires from a brick and mortar store, I got 4 tires from this site. And they were delivered the very next day for $49 (I'm in CA). Based on the other reviews I called first to make sure the tires were in stock, and the sales person was polite and knowledgeable. Only bad thing is their site, which is a little kludgy, especially when you select Pick up at Warehouse option (causes error message with credit card address). Definitely would buy from them again!

I contacted this company to purchase tires because they advertised price matching. I had found these tires on Walmart's site for much cheaper and had an active internet browser window showing the exact product and size in addition to screen shots and time stamps proving as much. After communicating for nearly two hours, they told me they could not find the listing I referred them to. When I researched it further on the Walmart website, it turns out OnlineTires was the 3rd party seller through Walmart and it was their OWN listing. After informing them it had ended up being their own company advertising the lower price, they refused to acknowledge they were the seller and stated they would not sell for that price if I could not produce a link to the page. During the time we spoke, they pulled their listing on Walmart's site and refused to sell for their own listed price. I spoke with Walmart's customer service, who verified to me that OnlineTires was the seller and had it priced as shown in these screenshots. OnlineTires would not acknowledge that they were the seller and would no longer speak with me unless I would pay full price. Terrible business practices and even worse customer service. After some research online and on Facebook groups, it turns out this company has some very unethical business practices regarding orders and often leaves the customer hanging with the wrong tire, price, or size. They also like to cancel orders under the guise of "fraudulent payment activity" and then raise the price on tires when you wish to place the order again.

Don't trust these guys! I bought Two sets of Michelin Tires and the terms of sale were to include two $75.00 gift cards one for each set of tires. Almost three months have passed and I have sent numerous e-mails all to no avail. The advertised deals are not fulfilled as stated on the website and on my receipt. I would guess your lucky to even get your tires. With 1 in 4 people getting screwed over by these guys they should not be around much longer. I wonder If Michelin knows how these guys operate? They are besmirching the good faith name of Michelin. Dave F.

Huge selection with great prices. I bought Continental Pure Contact because they had the best price. I ordered them on a Friday evening online and the next day I checked for an email but didn't see one in my inbox So I checked my spam box and it was in there. I then moved it to my inbox and added them to my address book. On Monday I got a shipment confirmation, stating they would be delivered on Thursday. I got them on Thursday just as described. Overall it took less than a week to get them and had no reason to call OnlineTires because the emails they sent were good enough. I would recommend OnlineTires to everyone!

I was skeptical about ordering given some of the reviews. Per some of the reviews, I called and spoke to a rep named Josh who said my tires were out of stock (seems that they all are) but could get them in two days and ship out. I just received them as he said within 5 days of ordering. I am very pleased. My only complaint was not receiving an email stating they were shipped. I would buy from then again--but would order over the phone again not through the web site.

Onlinetires.com had the prices on the tires I wanted by far, but didn't have good reviews. I took a chance on them and found that the price was real (no hidden handling charges or anything), and I got a shipping/tracking email within a day (They told me within 48 hours).
There was a hiccup from there, though... the original email said I could expect the tires 4 days later, but after 2 days it had still not shipped. I never successfully reached a customer service associate by phone, and the website didn't give me any specific information... so I started to worry.
The next day provided tracking info that said the order did start to ship, and from there on there were no problems. All told, it took a little over a week to get the tires, and they were in good shape and exactly what I wanted. You won't be happy if you're in a hurry, but if you're patient, you will be happy.

They claim overnight frieght. It took over a week and they wouldn't accept a return after I had to buy elsewhere to get my car back on the road. Now they won't even answer the phone or reply to messages. This place is full of cons. Run dont walk to Discount Tire or Tire Rack. They are reputable and interested in your satisfaction.
