I tried buying tires from them online. Tried to pay thru PayPal. Then it kicks me back to Onlinetires and then they ask for credit card info. Had to input that to continue. Then I get an email stating "we don't have those tires but we have these others for $30 more per tire". I cancel the order and they still have not released my money. Emailed them and was told that ''the money was never captured" so it should only be 48 hours and back in my bank. Its been over 48 hours (5 days now) and the bank said that Onlinetires has not released the funds back to my card yet. Now they don't answer the phone or return emails. Real nice service.

The price may be good, but prepared for customer service to SUCK! They will not stand behind the warranty of any of the tires that they sell. Instead of taking care of it like most other retailers would, they suggest that you take your problem up with the tire manufacturer. I purchased a set of tires for my truck in the late spring during what I thought was a great sale. I put the tires in storage to have mounted before winter. When I had the tires mounted and balanced, the technician found a leak in the sidewall due to an obvious factory defect. Onlinetires would not make it good with me because I had the tires longer than 7 days before having them mounted. 7 days! What a terrible policy! I will never purchase a set of tires from this company again!

I ordered 2 tires on Dec. 28th. I was told I would receive them by Jan. 4th. I received 1 tire on Dec. 30th which was the wrong tire. I contacted the company many, many times with no resolution. I received my 2nd tire on Jan. 4th, which is the correct tire. I contacted Online Tires many more times and was told someone will contact me. It's Jan. 6th and I'm stuck with 2 mismatch tires. Never do business with them again.

Ordered my tires at 4pm on a Friday after calling and confirming that they were in stock. I had to call Wednesday because I never got a tracking order, which they say they provide within 48hrs, come to find out they haven't even shipped them yet. I asked for an explanation as to why and got excuses about about the money not clearing and the tires not in stock... Money cleared that Friday and the tires WERE in stock as per my first phone call. Great prices but poor customer service.

I have been ordering tires from Onlinetires.com for over 7 years and it could be longer. Recently I need help locating the right size Delinte tires as when I went online I could not find what I ordered before so I called and was provided excellent support from John. He even stayed on the phone with me to walk me through processing my order online so it would be linked to my account. Also, John verified my order was processed successfully and followed up with a confirmation number of my order, and offered me to reach out to him directly should I need future support. Truly an outstanding experience and I look forward to continuing working with this company in the future!

After an initial mixup with tire sizes, John and Anika from their group helped me in getting the correct size with ease and grace. Thank you again for exhibiting such tremendous care while working with me to ensure I received exactly what I needed.

The salesman Christopher Sabil is the most dishonest person in my opinion that I have ever dealt with. I repeatedly was told I would receive a full refund after Sabil messed up the size of tire I was ordering. At least 10 attempts were made (phone & texts) to resolve this issue and every time I was told this is being taken care of and I would receive a FULL refund, to add insult to injury every time I called, I was placed on hold for very extended lengths of time... I am too embarrassed to say how long, made me feel like a fool
I can honestly say this was my worst buying experience ever for a product

This is what they say in The Who we are story, they don't answer the phone or get back to emails don't offer a tracking number unless you get threw and ask for one and they say the have same day shipping before 11: am they don't. Take down the 11: am tag line if you don't plan on doing it or at less let the buyer know. I should have went back to tirebuyer.com or Costco this will be my last purchase.

Even beats out tires-easy.com as my previous fave. Delivery is reasonable, order process is generally easy (unless they run out of stock before your order is filled). This is almost always my first stop and reference to friends when shopping for tires.

$40 cheaper than Walmart. I ordered an Achilles 205/50 ZR17 tire Sunday night with my debit card for $88 and free shipping. I received a tracking number. The tire arrived on the porch Friday afternoon.

I made the mistake of using another website to apply for the same credit line that this company uses. I wasn't able to use the New credit line successfully on this website but John saw that happen on his end, called me up and with a rep from the card provider also there, we were able to get me a set of tires shipped out. They fixed my error and free shipping! I'll be back for my other cars when they need it. Thanks again John.

My main reason for choosing onlinetires.com was because I'm a senior and another company (I won't mention your competitors name) does not give you the option of customer service help and it was a bit overwhelming using their site to place my order.
