Im a mobile mechanic and I been a customer since 2017. Lately this year I been getting a lot of parts that show previous use or defects and rockauto still wants me to pay for the return shipping. Ordered a set of 4 tires. Very nice and helpful entire process. I even arrived a few minutes after closing and they still helped me pickup my order. With all honesty this is my family's new tire place with having 5 cars total.
