I liked this site because I could zoom in and out of and around the stadium while scrolling ticket prices and places. The site repeatedly assured it is secure and sent me emails right away. It was a good purchase experience.

It was good I never use it site before but I like it. I had to try to download the ticket threes time to buy them but I finally got them. I'm happy to go with my gaimyl and can't wait

I bought my tickets a few months in advance to the show I'm going to so, I was able to compare tickets from Online City Tickets with tickets on sale thru Live Nation. Yes, the tickets I purchased were above face value of the actual tickets but, the prices were still cheaper than if I bought them thru Live Nation because their service charges were much more than what I found here so, I'm a happy customer.

Very easy to order. Prices were reasonable and very quick to order the tickets. The site was easy to maneuver around and find what I was looking for. I liked the fact that a picture diagram on the seating was visible do I knew where my seats would be.

This site is very user friendly BUT... Tickets were double what the original seller bought them for. I didn't see the original price til AFTER I bought them and the tickets were sent to me. The event isn't for another 70-something days and I don't think they shouldve sold for that much higher. I bought them because my boyfriend loves the band, otherwise I wouldn't have bought them.

Prices were reasonable as compared to all the other sites. Tickets came right away! Easy ordering process and great customer service.

Only thing I don't like about this site it I didn't see any place that told me when my tickets should arrive.

My ordering experience was nice, no headaches while purchasing my seats. Quick and easy makes life easy. Email confrimation was send back to me mmediately. This venue is a great place for music and making new friends.

Presale tickets were already sold out so went here. Was quick and easy, but not inexpensive. But I wanted these tickets so was willing to pay.

I should have looked at reviews prior to purchasing tickets. After providing payment I was told my tickets would be sent when the seller releases them. WHAT!?!?! I paid now so I should have my tickets NOW! I recommend you buy tickets elsewhere.

This is a fraud there tickets are overpriced and ticketmaster or scottrade has better deals. STOP DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SITE

Could have bought an additional ticket to the concert for the cost of their "service fees"!
Explanation for high fees is very weak.

The fact that they charge a $10 service fee for each ticket is a little baffling. Especially since they're also charging $8 to email me my tickets so I can download them and print them. That's a lot of extra fees for me to have to print my own tickets.

Shocked at the fees that don't show up until the transaction is almost complete. Over $60 in "service fees" per ticket?

It was good ready to see the concert please show me how to get my tickets why does it take so much yall need to be like ticket master

I purchased tickets with minor problems. I did not find how to buy multiple items like ticket and pit pass. Moreover I could not pay with my paypal account and I also find it a little bit expensive. I liked it overall because I had to purchase e-ticket from Europe and I did not have time to wait post delivery.

Process seemed to go as planned, no surprises. Received my tickets within two days I believe...

It was easy to buy tickets, secure and safe. Emails from online city tickeys follow with info on more ticket opportunities. I am just not sure how to get the tickets in my hands. Npt on my pho e from an email as of yet.

Purchase was easy but did not like the extra fees. Do not like writing reviews either. Did notice that the seats were better than ticket-master for comparable price.
