The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Fast service, wasn't even time for the sandman to enter. There definitely not unforgiven. Darryl Anderson. Looking forward to seeing the Fantastic Four of Heavy Metal on November 28.
Site had great choices of seat locations and prices. Quick turn around in receiving verification and receiving the download tickets.
Overall my review was great thanks can't wait for the night of the show I know it will be really funny
This is awesome, its so easy to pay a tickets than I thought. Its like 321 simple and easy. It was the first time I bought tickets online and I thought it was hard.
Easy to navigate, but the 27+ service charge per person seemed a bit much. Was already way into the booking when I realized it.
As a returning customer, one could have hopted it would be simpler, and quicker.
This is my first use of mobile ticket and I am not confident. Additional guidance would
Be useful and appreciated.

Its nice. I have to fill up 100 words, but oh my god it was nice. I got tickets for jay z and Beyonce. They are such goals. I like them. My sisters want to see them. I have a girlfriend who likes them too.
Tickets that are offered are too expensive, with hidden fees. No one should purchase tickets at this site! Now that said, I'm sure dummies will keep throwing money at this outfit. Maybe there should be a book; "Online City Tickets for Dummies."
I am not one to order online but this was easy to do and I thank you for that. My order was easy to print easy to save clear concise. And got them moments later to print out.
Respectfully
Cheryl
This ticket site was pretty easy to use, but somewhat pricey. There were lots of options for the tickets we wanted. Would have liked to have a return available.
Total satisfaction good deal verry happy looking forward to continue doing business whit you. Thanks
Rep only got Tickets down $12.00; Tickets were $113.00 A person 2 Tickets was $291.00 with the Surcharges.
Agent was polite, thorough, and helpful in getting the seats I wanted. She also offered answers to my questions regarding different sections in the arena.
It was a $#*!ty experience and this site doesnt help at all why do I have to put 100 characters down its $#*!ed I hate it why why whyve whether snsjsk f
This company is horrible! I bought tickets in January and they had the wrong date on them. So I tried calling, their phone directory is an automated loop where you cant reach a real person. So I emailed, and got a generic response. So I continued emailing and kept getting the same stupid "were waiting for the seller to respond." For 2 months?! Give me a break! So I unfortunately had to resort to sending a nasty email, in which I FINALLY got my real tickets. After all of that crap, I would NOT advise using them!
Love it cant wait to go to bon jovi. Hubby surprise 50th bthdy bucket list wish. New york here we come whoo hoo
Slightly difficult to navigate seating availability. Fees are over priced. Other vendors had some of the same seats for a cheaper rate and the service fee was less pricey, but more available seating to chose from.
This is the second and last time I have purchased tickets through this company. Both times I selected one set of tickets and went through verification and purchase but the email confirmation after showed a different set. The first time a few months ago I thought it must have been user error, but I know this was not the case on the second purchase. In the terms and conditions they note "because we are a marketplace" all sales are final and can't be cancelled or exchanged, so I'm not faulting them for not warning the buyer before the purchase. But it is fraudulent to delivery anything other than what was requested, and I have no way to prove otherwise.
In talking to them over the phone, I asked if they could contact the seller (of the first order they sold me vs the order I wanted) and even keep a processing fee or do an exchange. They told me that they themselves were the seller in the exchange and would not do that. WTF?
I've used stubhub and other ticket exchanges and this is by far the worst company to do business with. Stay away.
Like WWE, can't wait to get there, is going to be awesome. I'm a really WWE fan. Counting days. Monday Night Raw.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
