The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Bought 4 tickets for Imagine Dragons with a face value of $66 each. On final screen it showed $20 dollar service charge EACH and a download fee! Ended up paying $352 when the face value was only $264! It was a completely automated transaction that required no human assistance and no mailing of tickets! Who charges for downloads? Most Ive ever been ripped off by any ticketing agency. I know the concert ticketing business does this but this was way too much. Ive never paid a download fee and other companies charge only one transaction fee not one for each ticket! Non-ticket businesses wouldnt have charged at all or perhaps a few dollars. This is criminal and needs to be regulated. Never again.
Great except for the shipping date, payed for overnight and company saying that it is by two months. I hope it's not two months.
The tickets were 91$ each, after all your service fees. I ended paying 245$. I think that is ridiculous..
I thought my flash seat tickets will show up right away, I totally panic and when I contact customer service I was told within 24-48 hours and I panic because it wasn't there, this is my first time to use the site so I wasn't do sure.
Overall it was my fault for being impatient and I apologize for the negative review and I'm correcting it now. Thank you for the print response
P. S
I recomenended couple of my friends to. Use this website to buy their tickets its cheaper
A little cumbersome and pricey. May or may not use again. The price of the ticket was almost twice the face amount and that is an issue.
I called instead to purchase a ticket for "Love Never Dies", showing at Center for Performing Arts in San Jose. Your agent's name was Brownie, I do not think it's his real name. Anyways, he persuaded me to purchased this ticket for two, in a total amount of $349.79 / $131.00/ a piece. His lying $#*! made me so mad that he said this is the best seat in the center balcony and that I should secure the ticket asap with him.
Your company should be more competitive and should help people like me to be able to get a good seat in fair prize. I checked the ticket master and the same exact seat only cost $93.00 with no extra charges your company charged me! This is $#*!ing outrageous! How you guys can sleep at night making this extras just to earn your living! I will never recommend your website to any of my colleagues.
My Dad died the next day and your company will not refund my tickets. I have to fly to New York and the least I need is to take care of re-selling my outrageous tickets at very high cost price. No thanks to you - karma is now digital. Wait and see!
Outrageous service charge, it is really disheartening to see that fee, and for WHAT?/?
I bought 4 tickets in the same row from ticketmaster for $225.00 each. After realizing more members of my family wanted to go, I bought these tickets for only $252.00/ea (original price was to the reseller was $228.00). Nice to see a resale go for less than 10% markup. What a deal!
Clear and ease to do, specialy in the last minute, I am very happy for the opportunity to buy this tickts. I spoke over the fone with a employee and was very well recived and clear communicate.
I was totally doped into buying tickets here. US funds and over priced! I am very surprise an organization like the FirstOntario Centre which directs you to this website.
Very disappointed.
Very unhappy customer. It was not until the purchase was complete and tickets were downloaded that there was any mention that the seats were not under venue roof, that they were uncovered and therefore could be impacted due to inclement weather. Called customer service and no option for exchange. Very poor.
I was no assured about anti-fraud policies, however the UX was nice and smooth, as were the deliveries of the e-tickets. Wellsee If they are legit or not come tmrw evening.
Very easy to use. The email came the next day. Looking forward to using the site again. I will use this site again. Excellent service. Looking forward to using the tickets.
Service fees are outrageous - ticket prices fair, but service fees need to come down. The ticket map worked nicely
So far, Im happy but I havent been able to download my tickets yet. The web site it easy to use and user friendly.
First time using website and simple and easy. Cant wait for concert. Contact my relative and she too made her purchase to Adam Smith concert with the same website.
Thats my birthday week of this concert im going to enjoy myselfi give this a 100% i would always use this site
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
