The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

It was super easy to order the tickets, but I do have to agree with other users that the service fees were a bit much and should have been more apparent. Kinda wish I had shopped around more.
I like the way the site is set up/organized! The only improvement would be if you could actually see the specific seats.
It was quick and easy thank you i didn't need help it was stupid proof it was so fast and i feel like this should be enough what do i need 100 characters for?
Problem with the user interface when applyied to mobile. Although I figured out the calibration, others may be turned off to find 3rd party sources
First time using this site, it was fast and easy to use, I hope I'll to get my ticket on time.
The service fee, it is too expensive, I wish I knew before I pay for it.
So my daughter surprised me with tickets to a P! Nk concert last Saturday. When I asked how she got tickets to the sold out show she said "online". I immediately freaked because I know about all the scams out there working for a concert venue. She said it was real easy and the price was pretty fair. (We had box seats that were fantastic!) I immediately checked their reviews as I had never heard of this company. I even called and spoke to a super nice representative that reassured me that they offered a 100% guarantee. Then I held my breath the whole time in line to get in. Got the green light and knew I had to give this company a review. I would definitely do business with Online City Tickets again!
This site is very easy to use and I am glad that I chose this site to buy my tickets. They also had very good prices for the concert I bought tickets for compared to the other ticket sites.
I can't believe I was so dumb/asleep that I bought tickets from a scalping website. Really pissed but I did get good tickets so maybe I shouldn't $#*!. However the stupid tickets I have to print out are a full page of color advertisements that I have no damn use for. Just wastes my color ink. This also really pisses me off. I will never use this site again. Just noticed the name at the top is "SITEJABBER" which may be the politically correct way to say what it really is. SITEBLEEPER!
What are the over $60 in service charges for? It's ridiculous. How can you possibly justify this? I will never ever ever ever recommend this service to anyone.
Ordering tickets was easy but when the tickets printed, our name was a random name and the date was not the date we ordered the tickets, kind of confusing
Great transaction until I got my payment confirmation and was charged the agreed amount in US funds not Canadian. No mention US funds throughout the process. Not happy at all. Won't be back.
Awesome service. Easy & quick to use. I messed around with Ticketmaster and could get nothing... not matter how I searched. It stated" Sorry no tickets for your request". Check back closer to the event... so very glad I went to Martina McBride's website and got sent to you. Great Job!
While the access was easy, i'm not sure i like having to fill this review out. Some unknowns... fees for the tickets, which amounted to about 20 %. Hopefully I'll be able to give a great review after the show. Thank you.
I had been included in a ticket purchasing option that, when I tried to order 1 ticket (although they stated there were at least 6 available) there were "not enough tickets for that order"(?). I googled the concert and this was the best option for me. The service charge was a little steep, but I don't do this very often (once a year) and felt it was worth it to see my favorite band in concert.
Continuos exatly like that, I bougth from Peru and the website was very friendly and fast. I will hope enjoy my vacations in New York
I have received a confirmation email for my ticket purchase, but have not received the actual tickets. What is meant by "did you receive your order?"?
Great tickets. I found the seats I wanted and ordered! It was fast and easy. I can't wait to take my Fiance to this concert!
Was surprisingly easy and user friendly transaction, will use them again! Happy to have discovered this Online City Tickets.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
