Besides the service fee, $50.00 per ticket (ending up to be an extra $100 bucks on top of my tickets), I found some really awesome seats at a really reasonable price. I definitely would buy through OnlineCityTickets again. I even checked StubHub and the prices were crazy expensive.

I purchased tickets on September 28th, money was taken from my account on the 30th. No emails were received to acknowledge or download tickets. I have emailed twice and tried to call and have gotten nowhere. I'm out $224.00 and they don't seem to care.

I've had trouble understanding why I couldn't purchase three tickets. The available quantities were 4, 2, 1... but not 3. So I thought I'd buy 2 and come back and order the third, but when I got back to the site to order just one more, I wasn't allowed to continue and had to choose a different section! I guess I'll have to enjoy the concert alone.

This new way of ordering tickets is confusing as I'm old school and had trouble at the beginning filling out order form but once I caught on it worked okay. Now my next test is to retrieve tickets from our i phone when they arrive.
