The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Couldn't ask for easier better service. I only shop here now. This is not my first time here but my first review. I highly recommend this site
Please be very careful, when buying tickets they do practice price gauging and creating artificial shortages, in order to up-sell their customers.
When trying to contact them there is only automated messages and no help.
Also, how about the 10% discount to include these large service fees? Trouble if these continue as there are other brokers not charging anywhere near these prices. Also, no option to print tickets. Now I must take my cell to the venue to get in with no other intent to use.
It's ridiculous you have to pay almost for another ticket in Service fees. Very unhappy! I am very unsatisfied!
Fees and just wanting to see tics online, had to add ap which was OK but it took me a while to figure it out
I received my tickets via electronic transfer, though I was surprised to be hit with a $60+ fee for OnlineCity tickets to facilitate the transfer. That is completely out of line with what other services charge for e-tickets. Grossly unfair!
We were working with a buyer who had trouble deciding what to do and your representative was understanding and patient in dealing with us.
I like that I am able to print out my tickets right at home, only minutes after ordering them. The parking pass, too, even though it was issued to a name I don't recognize. Hope that won't be a problem. Can't wait to see Chris Brown!
Uneducated in what they are selling. Provided incorrect information to me -Ruining my experience!
Was told that babies under 2 did not need a ticket and were able to sit on their parents lap. Not true! & now I don't have the proper amount of tickets to a sold out show! Very disappointed!
Hi,
I have received my order and look forward to the show. This was my first time using the site and it was easy to follow/navigate through it. Other websites (such as Ticketmaster) were sold out of the tickets for this show. As a result, I am grateful for this site.
Regards,
Arash B.
Thanks,
I have purchased and received my tickets. I will let you know after the concert. I am hoping there are no problems and that I enjoy Jimmy Buffet's concert.
The site was helpful for a first time user. The step by step instructions made navigation on the site easy. I will definitely use this again in the future.
Quick and simple website to use. Tickets were emailed within minutes of purchasing them. The website made available seats easy to find by price range.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
This site is a third party website, they will sell tickets for triple or quatriple the amount a ticket is actually worth. I got tricked, tickets might not be valid and you wont find out until the day of the concert. I recently bought a ticket for $800 my first time buying for a concert, actual ticket for sale is $129 at the arena. I am fighting as of now to get my money back through my bank. They wont do refunds. Horrible terrible experience. They do not care about anything. They just want you to fall for their website and sell you the ticket. I repeat do not buy, you will regret it.
Great website, user friendly. Found what I was looking for in lighting speed and had no trouble checking out. One thing I would have liked would be cut down on switching windows.
Just good overall satisfaction and i would recommed this site to anyone to purchase tickers to events
I ordered four tickets to a concert at Darien Lake, paid for express delivery only two of my tickets showed up and they were late. After following they're directions to T they made me wait 8 days before I finally contacted them again and then conveniently the same day shipped my tickets 2 hours later. I received no refund after paying for express delivery that I did not get, this was the absolute worst ticket buying experience I've ever had.
Very easy to access and use! The tickets came to me right away and made my purchase that much quicker. I couldnt be happier with my choice, can wait to go to this concert!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
