I had to call to ask how to "undo" an order of one number, so I could order for another number of tickets. Then I found out that my first order went through while on the phone trying to figure out how to change it, and spent 5 minutes on the phone with customer service waiting to find out that they won't cancel an order that has already gone through under any cicumstances. Buyers beware!
