I purchased two field seat tickets for Beyonce's Formation World Tour with OnlineCityTickets. The tickets were incredibly cheaper than any other site and were great seats at that. I was able to download my tickets right away and received several confirmation emails to confirm my purchase/billing receipt. I even made a mistake with my billing information, contacted OnlineCityTickets Customer Service about it, and they quickly responded and resolved the issue.

I read all the bad reviews after I purchased the tickets. It made me worry that I've been scammed.

But I had absolutely NO issues with my tickets the day of the concert. Went in the stadium with ease, went to our seats, and enjoyed the great concert! We even got to move closer to the stage later in the show! Tickets were legit and I'm glad I got great seats for a cheap price! I only wish the service fees weren't so high, but still got a great deal compared to other sites.

Another victim of online "bait & switch." Pay attention to your mouse clicks and are with your assumed ticket provider/promoter throughout your entire purchase process. Somehow, OnlineCityTickets managed to sneak its way into my transaction by diverting me to their website - I was too tunnel-visioned to realize the "switch" to their website. This is their niche... and as much as it SUCKS big time, they're perfectly legal albeit without any ethics. Yes, I accept responsibility for not questioning it at the time. Ended up paying DOUBLE for my tickets, assuming that the show I wanted to see was in HIGH demand. Ignorance is bliss and hindsight 20/20. Shame on me for not paying attention. Of course, OCT won't reimburse the full amount to cancel the transaction, but offered me the equivalent of 10% back on my purchase (while STILL making a 90% profit). Like all the other negative reviewers, I got burned. Shame on you, OCT, for your deceitful ways; shame on ME if I let it happen again. Buyers beware! Will find out if the tickets are legitimate on 8/12/2016 (Lindsey Stirling concert).

I purchased Monster Jam tickets for the Peoria Civic Center and they were the more expensive ones and listed as Section 8 Row 7 and listed as Lower Bowl seats. I printed them out and they sold me Upper Bowl nose bleed seats while misrepresenting them as Lower Bowl seats. I contacted site and they said they were listed properly and Section 8 is one continuous section and the fact that the ticket said upper bowl on it even though it was listed as lower bowl had no bearing. What a crooked scam. I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone who will listen not to buy from them too.

Bought 3 Janet Jackson tickets, and the company REFUSED to refund money. They claim "money back guarantee" is a crock of mess! The concert was cancelled until 'unknown". Consumers should not be held accountable for "unknowns" and this company should honor their "money back guarantee"

I purchase 3 tickets to the Janet Jackson concert originally scheduled January 23rd here in Houston Texas but was later postponed till July 13th and now has been postponed even further until some unknown date in 2017.

After calling their customer service number, I discovered that it's only an automated system. You will NEVER speak to a live person. I followed up by contacting them via email and Facebook in which I was in form no refunds will be issued for the Janet Jackson concert that has been postponed for the 2 time to some unknown date in 2017.

I purchased the 3 tickets in September of 2015. Today is April 11,2016 and still no concert and no refund!

Thanks a lot Janet Jackson and Online City tickets for STEALING our hard earned money!

I bought two tickets to a Justin Bieber concert for my daughter and was charged over $900. Ticket price that I clicked on WAS NOT THAT HIGH! They hide behind a blanket customer service statement and that I did click on their "Sales Terms" (Which one doesn't have a lawyer on hand to read through them". It is something I will have to chalk up to an expensive lesson learned and should have check their reviews before using Online City Tickets. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN - PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS AND SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS COMPANY! I WILL!

I went to WWE.com to buy tickets to Wrestlemania. When I clicked on the section I wanted to sit an ad popped up. The ad was disguised as if I was continuing my order. This business model is intentionally deceitful. I purchased the tickets and found out later I was charged about $180 for $85 tickets. I kept emailing the company with questions about my order and kept receiving generic responses that didnt answer my questions. A couple days before the event they sent me an email saying I was to meet some guy with a blue hat in the parking lot before the event, they gave me a number to call that day and that was it, they refused to give me any more details and wouldnt even tell me what time to meet them. The person was not in the parking lot area they told me to meet and wasnt answering their phone. My buddy called the main company # and they told him to meet somewhere completely different on the opposite side of the arena. I met my friends there and somehow they had received the tickets without me present before I arrived. I was supposed to show an ID and the card I used to place the order but my friends picked up the tickets without me. They gave the tickets to a different person without me there. Talk about shady, wasnt even wearing the blue hat. Got in the show late and missed the first hour. The owners and operators of this business should feel personally disgusted with themselves as they are complete scumbags.
