The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I thought the ease of ordering was very good. I do however do not agree with the amount of extras over the amount of the ticket price. The extra charges do not make the tickets worth the over all charge... I will seek other options in the future to aquire tickets without the extra charges above the original ticket price. I understand a reasonable extra charge but a $168.00 above the $100X2 ($200) ticket price is TOO MUCH... this is my review and my opinion... thank you for asking
I am based in U. K. but visit new New York each year, I have every confidence in this website for event tickets. I would add the service charges are extremely excessive and maybe they should be hidden in the cost of the ticket, you have the opportunity to make your decision on the full cost before you make your decision on the purchase. Having said that I would reccomebd this website to others.
WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THE CHARGES AND CALLED TO DISCUSS AND I HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES AND THEN TO BE HUNG UP ON WITHOUT TALKING TO ANYONE. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVER 50 FOR A SERVICE CHARGE! RIDICULOUS!
I know in todays society everything is being done electronically but I still like the old way of buying your tickets, looking at them for weeks then handing them in on day of concert. Now it seems I will not even see the tickets till the day before the concert which makes me a bit nervous. The other problem I see with buying tickets is the way too expensive surcharge. I paid almost $37 per ticket surcharge and then a $6.95 delivery charge to e-mail - really? I thought e-mail was free. So the experience of buying 2 tickets for more then face value, having to pay close to $75 in surcharge and the e-mail delivery fee - doesn't make this transaction a really enjoyable one.
Very quick and easy. Only problem was I had a ticket in my queue and I was filling in my information for payment. I click submit and it tells me the tickets were sold. Luckily, I found ticket in the same row and section for an extra $3 per ticket. If those other tickets wouldn't have been available, my rating would have been lower and I would have emailed customer service about the issue. However, because I found other tickets, my rating is a 4 because of how easy the ticket process was.
I have not received my tickets yet so hard to rate or respond.
Everything was easy and I was able to receive my tickets instantly. A very good service
Low ticket price, would have been a super experience if the fees weren't nearly the advertised 'price' of another ticket. Money makes the world go 'round, I don't blame you for being greedy and taking advantage of people who have no other choice but to pay premiums for artists they idolize and want to see. I'll just have to keep in mind going forward to add about 25-28% of the advertised ticket price to the total if I choose to buy from this ticket provider or any others.
I can not state this enough. Do not use this site. I ordered tickets three weeks ago. Oct 6th was the estimated email delivery date. And the show is October 8th. Well it's October 6th at 8 at night and no tickets. I have had several email transactions with the customer service people. And they tell me everthing is ready to go, just waiting on the seller to get the tickets. How can anything be ready to go if you don't have the thing you need to email. Anyway horrible situation. What ever you do avoid these people. I learned the hard way
I bought tickets for a concert I was going to the same day, the process was super easy & hassle free. The only annoying thing is the service charges
Didn't care for the surprising handling charges or the costs for just sending an email.
Since I placed two separate orders, I assume this is for the April Frankie Valli show. There were received the same day as the order. I also made reservations for Neverland, but have not received those as yet. But am looking forward to the Frankie Valli show. The website was easy enough to move around in and I would not hesitate to use it again.
Scored fabulous seats for the Paul McCartney show at Golden1 Center in Sacramento. Easy to use site, tickets arrived in my inbox immediately. All the negative reviews had me panicked, but I couldn't have asked for better. Will use again.
It was very simple and fast. Only thing I wish I would have researched more ticket sites as I could have saved closed to $60 on the tickets I bought through another site.
I ordered tickets to Teresa Caputo show in Greenville SC for Oct 15,2016, through your company, have tried to live chat several times, no response from your company, I have an order #, Havent received my tickets, I have friends that ordered through other outlets that have their tickets in hand, would like to know if I'll get mine before day of show, need to make arrangements, also how reliable is this company, beginning to doubt after speaking with others Please advise, my email is *******@yahoo.com Thank you Cheryl Metcalf
Sorry but my english is poor. The shopping was very good. Thank´s
The site was very easy to use and availability of tickets in each section was clear. But I ended up paying 34% in fees on top of the oritinally quoted ticket price. I wish they would just tell you the real price when you are shopping for tickets on their site.
I ordered a ticket to NYR in December (now October) I got confirmation for the order, but not the delivery until dec... And now I do not know if I will have the ticket... And I had to other confirm o deny that I got what I've payed for! I had just 40 hours otherwise I can´t complain.
Do I have the tickets or not... I will see in December.
Imagine my surprise when I see my visa statement to find it wasn't Canadian $
No where could I find that on the site... buying Edmonton oilers tickets woulda thought Canadian $... never again will I use this site.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
