The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

At 50% of the ticket value, the service charge is a hefty sum.
Was so disappointed when I received my ticket. I purchased four tickets for a original price of $78.25 for each ticket. When they put in all their charges these four tickets cost me $852.59! Will never use this site again! STAY AWAY! Should of checked this site before I purchases thickets from them. Never again.
I was supposed to get my tickets to print out on the 18th but did not receive them... then was told the 21st of December! These tickets are a gift... I need them today!
Pick out a ticket at the price point you want, then at checkout discover that the actual cost is 30-40% higher because they charge a service fee for email delivery. Oh, and email delivery is the only option, so the service fee is mandatory and should have been disclosed when the ticket price was listed.
Really getting tired of having to pay some high $#*! convenience fee for something as "convenient" as printing out my own tickets on my own paper with my own ink! It must be really tough on you guys having to help me check my email, load some paper and push a button, especially when that is the only option you offer! Would really like to get what I pay for, maybe mail my tickets to me or will call them at the box office? You know like, maybe earn your convenience fee for once!
You can certainly find tickets at legitimate sites for half the fees. I tried to cancel my order immediately, but was told absolutely no refunds.
I was charged $667 US for 2 Bruno Mars tickets in Vancouver BC nosebleed section. Over $100 in fees and over $100 more for exchange rate. Tickets were $70 each on Ticketmaster and I was rerouted to to Onlinecitytickets. Worst decision ever to click accept just because I panicked time was running out. I would never recommend this business to anyone!
The process was very easy to complete. I was able to download the tickets which was great as they are a Christmas present... so no waiting for the tickets to arrive in the mail.
Everything was quick, easy and a great experience.
Quick and easy. Don't
Like the 22.00 service charge for online that takes no tme to process. Little expensive.
Upon buying tickets through your site I experienced a great deal of stress. The e-mails came in promptly after putting my credit card information in. I printed out my tickets to find no name or amount on them. I phoned the line that says if any problems please phone! Well the order # on my ticket I punched in, the automated service informed me it was from a concert that was in 2015! I panicked thinking I had been duped and phoned the credit card company to cancel my card! I spent a great deal of time trying to find out if my surprise Christmas gift for my husband ( To Guns an Roses) was a scam. Phoning Ticket Master to see if the seats were valid, they found them under a different name and credit card> Yikes!
So I sent e-mails to your company and they did send back a response saying someone will contact me, I thought this e-mail was dealing with my ticket concerns. Still waiting to confirm my purchase, we have to catch a ferry and stay somewhere for this once in a life time event for my man. Please pass on its hard to get ahold of someone after your money is electronic away!
Flash seats were confusing. Hopefully, it works as advertised
It was easy to use and in minutes the tickets were sent to my email
No hassle setup. Have purchased many events throughout the years. Never a problem.
While teaching young students, it is hard to get concert tickets when they go on sale at 10am. This was fast and easy. I am a happy teacher.
This was simple and easy to order our tickets! Thank you!
Not that my tickets aren't good, and it's my fault for not just Ordering from GoDucks.com, but I thought I was paying for floor tickets and these are at the high end of the named zone. Defeinitely not using this service again.
I received my two tickets, but they had someone else's name on them. Disappointing.
Quick, Easy, no problems. Happy with service. Would use again!
We were just was ripped off by this company. You must play close attention... to understand this company is a resale company. They pop up in your online search like they are the ticket app for the venue you are trying to purchase for. We paid 2X the face value of the ticket. Once realized, we did everything we possibly could to get our money refunded... and there was no way they were going to refund our money. Because of course, they have that clearly stated on their website. DO NOT USE THIS SITE>>>GO DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE OF THE EVENT TO BUY YOUR TICKETS!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
