My tickets (order # *******) are to arrive 10-13-2017. Until I receive my tickets, I can't review the service. What if the tickets don't arrive? What if they do like they're supposed to? The review depends on the full service.
The amount of up charge was disappointing after you select the seats. I also don't understand why the up charge is more for more expensive seats. The chart that shows the arena should have included seats. I might would have selected more expensive seats.

First time I used Online City Tickets. The site is easy to navigate and the tickets arrived quickly. I printed and we are ready to go.
I tried to use PayPal to purchase my tickets but could not get the order to complete once signing into PayPal. Then I was told the tickets I had tried to order on Row G were no longer available. The next available I could find in that section was Row O. Therefore, I did not find your site very user friendly but frustrating instead.
I was looking for Neil Diamond tickets and I was able to get what I wanted on this site. I loved being able to put in the amounts I wanted to spend and the available seats came up along with the seating map. It was a great experience.
When picking seats it should have stayed behind goal. My son can't even see around speakers. We see nothing but equipment. Sad for the price of the ticket.
