Purchased 2 tickets. Felt $9.50 service charge per ticket an $7.50 charge to email me the tickets was excessive! Cost me over $85.00 for 2 tickets with a $60.00 face value!

Worked GREAT and could immediately download my tickets. JUST WISH they weren't so darned expensive! This site wanted more characters... but I have nothing more to say so just typing stuff LOL

As far as the ordering process is concerned it was very simple and easy to follow. I feel the fees that are charged are way too expensive. My tickets that are face value of $63.00 ended up costing $91.29 each and I feel that is unfair.

The cost were very clear and the method was secured. I would totally buy again for another event. The only bad thing is that you made me write a review of 100 characters I didn't know that when I said yes.

The extra fees r to high. And to charge a fee to send tickets to my email is ridiculous. This was a last minute purchase

Absolutely ridiculous, paid 150% service fees. The scalper at the corner of the street now seems like a bargain. It's a shame that reasonably priced tickets are taken out of reach of many people and are then scammed to others.

It is a shame that you have to double the price of the ticket! Tricking consumers that they are ordering their ticket via Ticket Master when it is OnlineCity Tickets in the background. I will all know to be aware of this business!

I received my tickets extremely fast... a couple of days or less. The tickets were easy to print and we look forward to the concert coming up. However the service fee pricing was outrageous! I only bought 2 tickets instead of 4 due to the service fees.

Got tickets quickly and will order again when need more! I like the follow up email to ask if the order was received too!

I paid for row 5 and when i got my tickets I seen that we were given tickets for a different row. Just beware that you may not get the row you were expecting.

Finding seats on the website was complicated at first. After several tries, I found the website gave a lot of information about where the seats were located. However, when my tickets arrived, I found I did not have the exact seats I had chose but are comparable. Then the name on the tickets is not mine. After I downloaded the tickets, the site said that the names may not be ours. Very confusing!

My tickets came out in a strange format with the name Chris Shaw on the top and the amount of $43 dollars each. I paid almost $500 for 3 tickets in my name. Confusing tickets and full page of ink to print each one. Additionally, I paid close to $6.00 to get the printable tickets like this and waste far more ink than should be necessary. For this price they should have been printed and mailed to me.
