The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

The tickets I ordered clearly said unobstructed view but the tickets I just printed say obstructed... I will contact you to see if something can be done.

Easy and fast 100% recommended if you want to buy your tickets without so many laps and in a short time and about safe and reliable
It was very quick and easy to use. I was able to find the event easily and the the check out process was easy, not a bunch of questions etc
Very easy to use, no problems at all. I will definitely use this website again. A true delight. It's been a real delight to use this website. I have to use 35 more characters before I can submit this review
This is where I'll be getting all online tix. Definitely telling all my friends about this site. Just found out about this site looking for Monster Jam tickets.
The process was okay but like my title says, I think the fees for online delivery are excessive - almost $24 per ticket on top of the ticket price. Other than that, no issues and the process took very little time and was quite easy.
Getting the confirmation was in a timely manner. I don't feel a complete review of service can be given until I receive the tickets and a successful entry to the concert is obtained.
Good price tickets easy to look up tickets over there website. They were able to email me my tickets by email. When i searched fior tickets the venture was sold out but was able to have large secltion through online city tickets
The website was easy to navigate and the tickets arrived to my email quicker than I expected. The links are simple and the confirmation email was a big hit.
This site was extremely easy to use! Fast service! I had my tickets almost immediately! Would definitely recommend!
Straight forward ticket purchase experience but the page is too busy with other information that could've been streamlined to oanother page.
These guys are hustlers, plain and simple. This sham of a company makes false guarantees, uses ad sales to optimise the placement of their deceptive domains and ensnares the unsuspecting buyer. The disclosures are not as clear as they claim to be and when you call them for support/service they are a joke. When you request your money back they all but laugh at you. Look at the Better Business Bureau complaints and the company's responses. There is no customer focus. They hide behind their bull$#*! terms and conditions and never address the complaints. They just reply the same thing over and over again. Obviously they're doing something wrong if the same issue comes up over and over again. By the way Online City Tickets, a no refund policy is not industry standard... you just don't have confidence that customers will return so you need to keep a tight grip on every penny you can. Ticketmaster looks great compared to you d-bags... and even they will give you a refund within 72 hours of purchase. Considering they are atop the industry, I would say they set the tone for the industry and are far more customer-centric than this poor excuse of a company.
BTW, the reason that Online City Tickets has to charge exorbitant service fees is because they have to pay all those freelancers to manufacture fake reviews. If you look at Shopper Approved, those reviews are garbage. What's better is when you find one where the reviewer actually gives them a 2 or 3 star review, criticizing the Company and yet Online City Tickets uses the software to reflect that the reviewer gave a 5 star rating... amazing. Many of the reviews written on this site are also manufactured to mitigate the damage to Online City Tickets' reputation. Why hide it guys? You've worked hard to earn the scummy reputation, go ahead and flaunt it. Don't try to be something you're not... it doesn't suit you.
I'd go on longer, but I just feel too dirty even mentioning this shady crew's operation any further. I think I need to take a shower because talking about them makes me feel greasy.
I had over $400 of service charges! I would never use them again under any circumstance!
We had a great experience getting online tickets. It was very easy and fast. I would definitely order tickets again this way in the future!
It was good they were good seats I just did not like the Lightning of the show it was to much you could not really see the performers but I know that has noting to do with the seats but once again the seats where awesome
I liked how they said my tickets would come the day they were suppose to thank you...
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
