The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Very easy online ordering. Was able to go back on and order additional tickets in the same row which was great!
The tickets I thought I was buying in a "club" seating area was not the ones I received - I called them and supposedly they were "reselling" tickets and those seats where not available so I was given seats supposedly as good. We will see as we have not attended this venue yet for the show.
I had no problems. I was able to download and print my tickets.
I wish that I could have actually seen where our seats are on a chart of some sort. That would be really helpful.
Not sure what you want here. I said it all in one sentence. Extremely User Friendly. Highly satisfied as long as I can get into the concert. Way over priced more than 100% than the ticket vadlue. Nonetheless easy to use
Although the service is great and tickets are delivered by email promptly, having to pay 50% of the ticket price (over $100) to get the tickets is ABUSIVE. On top of that $6.25 to receive it on email, which is automated.
It is total BS that you have to buy tickets this way, since they get dibs from the venue before the same opens for sale.
I wish you could still go to the venue window and pay the fair price for it.
I only used this method because of Iron Maiden, but these abusive fees were what scored ticketmaster a class action law suit. Just saying.
System works very well. We order tickets and printout takes 10 mins. I reall appreciated. If we have pkan to another time, 100% will use the same path..
Definitely use again for concert tickets. Usually don't shop online for anything, this site was simple to use.
Unfortunately bought tickets here thinking it was a good place, but I have to paid 5 times more than they really cost for 5 tickets. I payed over $1100 for 5 tickets when they should be not more or around $200 for all 5 tickets. Tried to cancel transaction once I realized of the scam, but they say no refunds or devolutions. Stay away for this place they are scammers. This was a month before the event when the tickets should have been cheaper and not that expensive.
Tickets cold be cheaper and not as much taxes when going to check k out. I love going to shows but it sucks when your buying tickets for an arm and a leg just to see your favorite artists
I ordered front row tickets (row A) and you sent me Row "T"! I paid over $300 for these 3 tickets and you guys screwed me. The people next to us paid $40 for their seats. I believe someone owes me some money back or tickets to another concert! My email confirmation even said Row A! You better believe i'm super pissed!
The site was very well put together im looking forward to event with my girls will be using again thank you
Thanks for sending my tickets so quickly. I am really looking forward to enjoying this show. I have never seen them in person.
It was a great way to get out of town tickets since we are on Denver the week the Oilers are playing the Avalanche. Very excited.
Quick and simple. Able to use Paypal and download the tickets immediately. Looking forward to the game. Thanks!
Very, very easy to navigate and find seating options, etc. Very user friendly! I would use the website again!
I'm impressed with the timing the tickets were sent to me, the only question I have is why on the ticket title you didn't list the seats you just had rows 1-30
Why is the service fee 9 dollars per ticket. This is pretty annoying to me. Otherwise the service was quite convenient and I instantly got my tickets. It is just annoying that I ended up paying $88 rather than the $62 that the tickets actually costed. Of course I expect some tax or service fee but this one is higher than I have ever seen and quite frankly I am disgusted by it.
Not liking this place to buy tickets... you get to sit where ever they think you should sit.
I have limited mobility and my husband has long legs we are dead smack in the middle of the row... no place for him to put his legs and not easy for me to get up and stretch when I need to. I'll have a sore back and he'll have crampted legs before the show is oven. NOT IMPRESSED!
I would absolutely recommend it's in my friends it was a easy and satisfying process. I was very satisfied with the quick delivery
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
