The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Never ordered ticket online before was very easy and simple I reseed my tickets today and very happy if anything comes up again that I am interested in I would definitely order again
Terrible time your company said we were getting premium seats but we sat in the back row. We will never order from your business again.
Very good site to use and they sent the tickets right away. They follow up after you order to make sure you're satisfied. I'd use this site again!
It was very easy to navigate the site and get the tickets. However, the "service charges" were exorbitant... almost $50 for two tickets delivered electronically. I think this would be a site of last resort... use only when tickets are not available through more legitimate outlets.
Great easy to use, a little confused about the flash seats at 1 but look it up can't wait to attend the concert, would use it again in the future
Only complaint is that while purchasing, I only was given the section and row #; I don't know why the seat #s weren't listed. Otherwise ordering was fine. Was quite shocked at the $99/ticket fee (outrageous) PLUS $7.50 to print my tickets online, however! Whoever heard of being charged for "print at home" tickets? Ridiculous.
The experience of buying these tickets was good and smooth! I recommend it to all people that I know in the US!
Everything worked as expected and I got my tickets printed right away. I would definitely use this site again.
Your service charges/fees are outrageous, considering these reservations were made on line. Typically if this is done over the phone it ratchets up the cost, so I found this transaction very disappointing as result and did spoil the experience.
Got my tickets and I'm very happy to have purchased the tickets and can't wait for March 3rd. Being able to take my girlfriend to one of her favorite artists will make her birthday one of the best ever and I will be one of the best boyfriends ever because of it.
I'm excited for the show but was floored by the service fee charged on top of an already expensive ticket. Our service charge was about $65 per ticket which is ridiculous. I checked many other sites that had more expensive tickets for a lower service charge so the price evened out across the board but still felt like a rip off.
Thank you.
I'm so excited to go to the concert! But I can't really give a great review before I actually use the tickets, so I'll get back to you in April!
This web service made the purchase of tickets very easy but the processing charges are horrendous. My wife was so keen to see the Train concert, I swallowed these charges since its a birthday gift. In normal circumstances, I would have shopped elsewhere.
I have received my order 5 minutes after that i bought the tickets. Next time if i need some tickets nd good seats. I will look on this website.
Booking was a breeze and I was happy with that part. When I got my tickets they were not in the sections I requested and that was clearly outlined on their map. Their online rep stated "I could see where you could discern that and make a mistake" This is no discerning. The sections are clearly labeled for the Uihlein Hall in WI as sections A-S and A-N. Even my 7 year old was able to point to the correct section when I asked her.
One would think that a company would acknowledge this, process a refund and move on hoping to keep a customer for future purchases instead of the poor press and forcing me to cancel my tickets thru my credit card company.
Site is super easy to use and quick! I will use them again for future ticket purchases. I would recommend this site to my friends and family
I ordered tickets to monster jam it was fast simple easy I did it in a few minutes other web sites were slow confusing and very disorganized it was nice to have everything layed out and in a few clicks b done
Thank you for doing this service so I could go to a concert. I doubt I would have been able to get tickets without the website
I received my e-tickets the same day as purchase. Even with the additional fees for the e-tickets the price was very reasonable. No hidden surprises.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
