The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Easy to buy ticket, but wish it could have been easier to get set confirmation and could choose the desired seat. I got confirmation, but have not got ticket delivered after 2 days.
I purchased tickets from this site in December for Garth brooks for feb, 18/2017. Thy are telling me I will get my tickets on feb, 17 and if I don't receive them I will get full reimbursement but the thing is I bought the tickets because I wanted to see Garth and end up paying triple the going price for them and then to take a chance not to get them really sucks, seems I don't live in Edmonton and I have to drive 5 hours to get there is not good. I had to book a hotel for 2 nights because of the concert so now I maybe waistline my money going to Edmonton and not even getting to see the concert. Should not be aloud to sell tickets that they can not provide when purchased!
I ordered tickets for sayurday and they did thursday. I would not have done that we work and only do things on weekend. Had 2 small children crying
Fast and helpful thank you so much for helping me get my tickets to go to the concert I wish everyone could go thank you tax money
Easy to find the event, good diagram seating in the venue, immediate electronic ticketing and purchase confirmation
I am very happy with my purchase. Buying the tickets was easy and I had no problem receiving them or downloading them.
-my tickets have someone elses name on it
-cancelled my first order and didnt tell me a reason why
- had waited 20 min on hold for someone to tell me to reorder online
This is a very good service. The web site is user friendly, I promptly received an order confirmation and the follow up contact shows customer concern.
I got tricked into buying tickets that weren't even on sale to the public yet. They charged 3 times the face price and would not let me cancel the order. Make sure this doesn't happen to you and never use this sit.
Took about a day to receive it on the FlashSeats app and it was so convenient! Beats having to wait for a print copy in the mail.
The site is easy to use and quick to order tickets. I received my tickets by email within 3 minutes of ordering them.
Everything else is fine, but why is the convenience charge over $10 per ticket? That is a horrendous amount of money. That comes up to the price of a fourth ticket if you purchase three tickets as I did. I cannot use this service again.
Quick to find tickets when I couldn't find on official website. Easy to navigate, cheaper price. However Service Fee and fee for emailing the tickets to me equated to more than 30% of ticket price.
I was very satisfied with the price and turnaround time to receive tickets. Will definitely use the website again for the next event.
The convenience fee of 78$ per ticket was ridiculous, if it wasn't as high i would have recommended it to other people but 150$ loss on purchasing tickets is absurd.
I purchased 2 tickets accidently from this online company and I thought I was in Ticket master website for Garth Brooks on Feb 19. The tickets were advertised at about 250.00 each. When I got the confirmation it stated $737.55 Usd which ended up over 900.00 CDN. They told me I would not get my tickets emailed to me until Feb 17. Now they are telling me the 18th. The worst is they will not give me a seat #. I have no idea where we are sitting. I do not live in that city so will have to travel without the tickets and nowhere to print them off. This company (if you want to call it that) are a rip off. Do I travel this weekend and hope I actually will get my tickets? I have emailed them and now I am on ignore.
It was a good experience, cant wait to actually get to go to the event
Super excited
Would use this again
I will give an excellent review until I get the tickets because at this moment I can only say the service it is good for the moment.
I felt very frustrated, as I was filling out my information on the seats I wanted someone "bought" them as I was filling out my credit card info, so I probably missed out on even better seats while I was apparently wasting my time.
If someone is filling their stuff out the ticket should be held for like 3 minutes like ticket master does
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
